The population and the sample group were alumni of the faculty of Arts, Silpakorn University, 150 people, and vice rector or higher education practitioners related to the management of the student system, 1 person. The tools used in this research consist of 1) the database system requirements questionnaire 2) the alumni database system 3) the satisfaction assessment form for using the database system. The results of the research can be summarized as follows. In the first phase, the study of the need for alumni relations database system. Case study of the Faculty of Arts, Silpakorn University. The sample group had a high level of demand for the database system. The second phase is the development of alumni relations database system. A case study of the faculty of Arts, Silpakorn University found that the system was able to collect alumni information effectively, with no redundant data and the system can export various summary files to support the management in the decision-making of the management. It's a performance assessment with the user’s satisfactory level on information systems where information on external experts are accumulated to find qualified personnel for the thesis exam. This research approach will assist the work process for the graduate level supportive administration of the Faculty and graduate school as well as external experts, faculty, and students. The system will comprise of ways to find information more conveniently with accurate and quality result. The current attempt developed as “Information system” that is easy, convenient and fast to access, since there are links to various information in the form of a database including the development of a “Web Application” for general public, educational agency and organizations. These sites established in various platform as well as serving as a center for coordinating other information related to the educational content. The results of the research revealed that in designing and developing of information systems can be summarized as follows: 1) the operation of the system ability to manage information in an orderly fashion, finding information including reporting information as users intended, 2) the user friendly, as a conducive system where users instruction reduce the problem of misunderstanding within the system usage, 3) the system can store the history of external experts and statistical values for student thesis examinations at a graduate level, while reduces the burden of searching for external experts, 4) feature to select external experts in the student thesis examination graduate level according to the expertise of the qualification, and 5) the security methods where the system monitored ways to assign individual licenses to ensure that the system and the information is highly secure.; งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา กรณีศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร 2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพ และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา กรณีศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ผู้วิจัยได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญที่จะต้องพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวก เป็นการช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และแก้ไขปัญหาในการสอบวิทยานิพนธ์ของนักศึกษา ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา โดยมีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก ให้สามารถค้นหาผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ในการสอบวิทยานิพนธ์ ซึ่งระบบนี้จะทำให้กระบวนการทำงานของบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของคณะวิชา และบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย ตลอดจนผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก คณาจารย์ และนักศึกษา สามารถค้นหาข้อมูลได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้องชัดเจน เป็นปัจจุบันมากที่สุด โดยนำมาพัฒนาเป็น “ระบบสารสนเทศ” ที่ง่าย สะดวก และรวดเร็วในการใช้งาน เนื่องจากมีการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลต่างๆ ในลักษณะของฐานข้อมูล รวมไปถึงการพัฒนาเป็น  “เว็บแอปพลิเคชัน” ซึ่งทุกคนในหน่วยงาน และองค์กรสามารถเข้าถึงได้ ในสถานที่ต่างๆ รวมทั้งเป็นศูนย์กลางในการประสานงานทางด้านข้อมูลอื่นๆ อีกด้วย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในการออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา กรณีศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร มีประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ ดังต่อไปนี้ 1) การทำงานของระบบ สามารถจัดการข้อมูลได้อย่างเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ค้นหาข้อมูลได้อย่างรวดเร็ว รวมไปถึงการรายงานข้อมูลตามที่ผู้ใช้ต้องการ เป็นต้น 2) การใช้งานของระบบ มีการใช้งานที่ง่าย เอื้อต่อผู้ใช้งานในระบบ และมีข้อความแนะนำสำหรับผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อลดปัญหาในความไม่เข้าใจในการใช้งานของระบบ 3) ระบบสามารถจัดเก็บประวัติของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก และค่าสถิติในการสอบวิทยานิพนธ์ของนักศึกษา ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา และเป็นการลดภาระงานในการค้นหาข้อมูลผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก 4) สามารถคัดเลือกผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก ในการสอบวิทยานิพนธ์ของนักศึกษา ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ได้ตรงตามความเชี่ยวชาญของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5) ด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบ โดยที่ระบบควรมีการตรวจสอบการใช้งาน โดยการกำหนดสิทธิการใช้งานของแต่ละบุคคล เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบ และข้อมูลมีความปลอดภัยสูง Description: Master of Arts (M.A.); ศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (ศศ.ม.) The sample groups used in the research were: Undergraduate students 250 students at Saint Louis College using a simple random sampling method. Area Research tools are: 1) Location-based learning model. 2) Before and after learning assessment test. 3) Student satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data include: 1) mean. 2) standard deviation. 3) t-test dependent. The results of the research found that: 1. Location-based learning model : a case study of religious sites in Sathorn. Appropriate mean was 4.79, standard deviation was 0.49, very good. 2. Learning outcomes with a location-based learning model : a case study of religious sites in Sathorn. Before school, the mean was 17.02, the standard deviation was 5.74, and after school, the mean was 29.25. The standard deviation was 5.25. It was found that the learning outcomes after school were higher than before, statistically significant at the .05 level. 3. Results of the study of student satisfaction towards places-based learning style : a case study of religious sites in Sathorn area overall, it was found that very in line, the total mean was 4.06, the standard deviation was 0.80.; การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนรู้ตามสถานที่ 2) เปรียบเทียบผลการเรียนรู้ก่อนและหลังการเรียนรู้ ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ตามสถานที่ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ตามสถานที่ : กรณีศึกษาศาสนสถานในเขตสาทร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี วิทยาลัยเซนต์หลุยส์ จำนวน 250 คน ได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ตามสถานที่ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลการเรียนรู้ก่อนและหลัง 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) ค่าเฉลี่ย 2) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 3) สถิติที (t-test dependent) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ตามสถานที่ : กรณีศึกษาศาสนสถานในเขตสาทร มีความเหมาะสมค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.79 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.49 อยู่ในระดับดีมาก 2. ผลการเรียนรู้ด้วยรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ตามสถานที่ : กรณีศึกษาศาสนสถานในเขตสาทร ก่อนเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 17.02 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 5.74 และหลังเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 29.25 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 5.25 พบว่า ผลการเรียนรู้หลังเรียนมีค่าสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ตามสถานที่ : กรณีศึกษาศาสนสถานในเขตสาทร ในภาพรวมพบว่า อยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 4.06 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.80 Description: Master of Arts (M.A.); ศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (ศศ.ม.) The result shows that (1) the original media were transferred to newer media in both analog and digital files, but the metadata were limited which derived from the original recordings; (2) the study of ResCarta as a tool for the management of digitized files shows a convenient way, for example, to construct metadata and organize a collection. ResCarta has a set of tools which is ordered from making a metadata to publishing a web service. The web site generated by ResCarta contains two sections for users and administrators. In the user section, ResCarta offers a PDF viewer and a MP3 player for audio files. In the administrative section, ResCarta offers a thumbnail image generator. The satisfaction of the tool output, assessed by the experts in the Sound Library, is high; การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเอกสารประเภทเสียงต่างๆ ของห้องสมุดเสียง มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร และ 2. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดการเอกสารจดหมายเหตุเสียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1)  ข้อมูลเสียงได้รับการแปลงสภาพให้อยู่ในรูปแบบดิจิทัลบ้างแล้ว แต่ข้อมูลเมทาดาทาของแฟ้มข้อมูลเสียงดิจิทัลยังมีจำนวนน้อย มีเพียงข้อมูลที่ได้จากเทปต้นฉบับเท่านั้น   (2) การศึกษาระบบซอฟต์แวร์ ResCarta สามารถจัดการเอกสารจดหมายเหตุเสียงที่แปลงสภาพเป็นดิจิทัลได้ดี   การใช้งาน ResCarta  มีโปรแกรมย่อยเป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับงานแต่ละชนิด เช่น งานสร้างเมทาดาทา งานสร้างคอลเล็กชัน เป็นต้น การใช้งานค่อนข้างสะดวกและเป็นขั้นตอน  ในส่วนของการให้บริการ ResCarta ให้บริการผ่านเว็บ แบ่งเป็นสองส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ส่วนให้บริการผู้ใช้ และ 2) ส่วนผู้บริหารเว็บ มีเครื่องมืออ่านเอกสารเช่น เครื่องมืออ่านเอกสาร PDF เครื่องมือฟังไฟล์เสียง MP3 มีเครื่องมือช่วยสร้าง Thumbnails ให้วัตถุดิจิทัล เป็นต้น หลังจากนั้นนำระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปสาธิตให้กับบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจ ผลการประเมินพบว่า  ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก Description: Master of Arts (M.A.); ศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (ศศ.ม.)
