Education Management of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy 1948 – 1991

Abstract

The aims of this research were to study the army policies on education, to study the internal and external factors effect the educational administration of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy, to study the characteristics and feasibility of curriculum, instructors, and activities of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy, and to study the effect of educational administration of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy.

The study found that the Army's education policies had an effect on the education of the cadets, resulting in changes of the curriculums. Moreover, internal external factors also effected to the improvement of the curriculums of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy by assigning the relevant occurrences at the time into the courses to teach the cadets. After graduation, some of the cadets came to involved in the political roles of the country.

การศึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง การจัดการการศึกษาของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า พ.ศ.2491 – 2534. มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1.เพื่อศึกษาถึงนโยบายการศึกษาของกองทัพบก และการดำเนินการในการจัดการการศึกษาของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า 2.เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยภายใน และปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า 3.เพื่อศึกษาถึงลักษณะและความเป็นไปของหลักสูตรการศึกษา อาจารย์ผู้สอน และกิจกรรมภายในโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า 4.เพื่อศึกษาถึงผลที่ได้รับจากการจัดการการศึกษาของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า

ผลการศึกษาพบว่านโยบายทางการศึกษาของกองทัพบกมีผลต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้าในการดำเนินการจัดการศึกษาทำให้เกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลงของหลักสูตรตามช่วงเวลาต่าง ๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีปัจจัยภายในและปัจจัยภายนอกที่ส่งผลให้โรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้าต้องมีการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรในแต่ละครั้งอีกด้วย โดยการบรรจุรายวิชาที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องและเชื่อมโยงกับเหตุการณ์ต่าง ๆ ในเวลานั้นเพื่อใช้สอนนักเรียนนายร้อย ซึ่งส่งผลให้ภายหลังสำเร็จการศึกษานักเรียนนายร้อยบางนายได้เข้ามามีบทบาททางการเมือง
