dc.description.abstractThe way of thinking about nature in Japanese culture is unique. It is based on Shintoism that occurred from the beginning of Japan. The main idea of Shinto is to believe in deities (Kami) of everything in nature that make humans and nature coexist in mutual respect and complementing. Hayao Miyazaki, the most famous director of Japanese animated films always uses ideas about the concept of nature in Japanese perspective in his films.   This research aimed to study about the concept of nature in Japanese perspective that appeared in “Princess Mononoke” and “Spirited Away” animated films directed by Hayao Miyazaki. Starting from researched about the Japanese view of nature and analyzed how he applied those ideas to his animation films. The result found that Hayao Miyazaki has adopted the concept of nature in various components of his films including the main theme of the films about the basic concepts of nature in Japanese perspective and he used many concepts of Shinto in the story such as concept of Kami, concept of Good and Evil, Purification, concept of purity and truthfulness, the state of harmony, concept of Musubi and the belief of afterlife. Moreover, his set design and character design based on the belief of Kami and those other Shintoism’s ideas.en
dc.description.abstractมุมมองเกี่ยวกับธรรมชาติในวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่นมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว โดยมีพื้นฐานที่สำคัญมาจากศาสนาชินโตที่เกิดขึ้นมาตั้งแต่เริ่มแรกของประเทศญี่ปุ่น ปลูกฝังความเชื่อเรื่องพระเจ้าหรือคะมิ (Kami) ทำให้มนุษย์และธรรมชาติอยู่ร่วมกันในรูปแบบพึ่งพาอาศัยและเคารพซึ่งกันและกัน ฮายะโอะ มิยาซากิผู้กำกับภาพยนตร์แอนิเมชันชื่อดังของประเทศญี่ปุ่นมักจะนำเอาแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับธรรมชาติตามแบบฉบับของวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่นเล่าผ่านภาพยนตร์ของเขาในมุมมองต่าง ๆ งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งที่จะศึกษาแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับธรรมชาติที่ปรากฏให้เห็นในภาพยนตร์แอนิเมชันเรื่อง เจ้าหญิงโมโนโนเคะ (Princess Mononoke) และเรื่อง มิติวิญญาณมหัศจรรย์ (Spirited Away) ของผู้กำกับฮายาโอะ มิยาซากิ โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาทำความเข้าใจวิธีคิดและมุมมองเกี่ยวกับธรรมชาติของคนญี่ปุ่น และวิเคราะห์หาว่าผู้กำกับท่านนี้นำเอาแนวคิดต่าง ๆ เหล่านั้นมาใช้ในภาพยนตร์แอนิเมชันของเขาในลักษณะใด จากการศึกษาพบว่าฮายาโอะ มิยาซากิมีการนำแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับธรรมชาติมาใช้ในส่วนประกอบต่าง ๆ ของภาพยนตร์ของเขา ทั้งในแก่นของเรื่องที่พูดถึงแนวคิดพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับธรรมชาติของคนญี่ปุ่น และมีการนำเอาหลักคิดของศาสนาชินโตต่าง ๆ มานำเสนออยู่ในเนื้อเรื่อง ได้แก่ แนวคิดเรื่องคะมิ แนวคิดเรื่องสิ่งดีและสิ่งร้าย แนวคิดเรื่องการชำระล้างจิตวิญญาณให้บริสุทธิ์ แนวคิดเรื่องหัวใจแห่งความซื่อสัตย์จริงใจ แนวคิดเรื่องการสอดประสานกลมกลืน แนวคิดเรื่องพลังแห่งการสร้างสรรค์ และแนวความคิดเรื่องชีวิตหลังความตาย นอกจากนั้นยังมีการออกแบบฉากและตัวละครโดยใช้แนวคิดพื้นฐานจากความเชื่อเรื่องคะมิและหลักคิดในศาสนาชินโตต่าง ๆ เหล่านั้นอีกด้วยth
