Abstract

Study and Design furniture made by Rattan with indigo yarn dyed fabric have objective of this research to design rattan furniture inspired by the combination of rattan handicrafts and indigo hemp dyeing material in Sakon Nakhon including Mudmee process concept for pattern Design. The rattan chair represents warmth, exquisiteness and simplicity. Using the industrial machine for cutting and assembly makes the chair stronger than handmade. The combination of both materials and indigenous knowledge makes the chair attractive. The instruments, used in the research were questionnaires to collect information as well as, to consider the needs of the target audience and professional satisfaction. The data was analyzed using percentage mean and the standard deviation.

In surveying the needs of the target group, it was found that 50 of them wanted to have a style that used wisdom of arts and crafts. The shape and pattern. Suitable for use in residential areas, dining rooms and living rooms. Through expert selection. Including mentors lead to product prototyping and satisfaction assessment.

แนวทางศึกษาและออกแบบเครื่องเรือนโดยใช้หวายร่วมกับเส้นด้ายย้อมคราม เป็นงานวิจัยที่มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบเครื่องเรือนหวาย โดยการศึกษาเทคนิคการผ่าประกอบเข้าหวายเพื่อขึ้นรูปตัวโครงของเก้าอี้ให้มีความแข็งแรง ทนต่อแรงบิดและรับน้ำหนักได้ รวมไปถึงการมีรูปทรงที่เรียบง่ายทันสมัย เหมาะกับการนำไปใช้ตกแต่งที่พักอาศัยได้ นอกจากนั้นยังศึกษาไปถึงการนำภูมิปัญญาของกระบวนการมัดหมี่ผ้าย้อมคราม มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการออกแบบลวดลายบนที่นั่งและพนักพิง โดยการพันลงบนเส้นหวายด้วยวิธีการผลิตในระบบหัตถอุตสาหกรรม ทำให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องเรือนหวายที่มีเสน่ห์และรูปแบบน่าสนใจ แตกต่างจากเครื่องเรือนหวายรูปแบบเดิม อีกทั้งยังเป็นการเพิ่มมิติใหม่และคุณค่าให้แก่งานศิลปหัตถกรรมของไทย การดำเนินงานวิจัยมีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบแบบสอบถามเพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลพิจารณาความต้องการจากกลุ่มเป้าหมายและความพึงพอใจจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ

ในการสำรวจความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย พบว่าในจำนวน 50 คน มีความต้องการให้เครื่องเรือนมีรูปแบบที่ใช้ภูมิปัญญาด้านงานศิลปหัตถกรรม ให้มีรูปทรงและลวดลายสวยงาม เหมาะสมแก่การใช้งานในพื้นที่พักอาศัยส่วนห้องรับประทานอาหารและห้องนั่งเล่น โดยผ่านการคัดเลือกแบบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ รวมทั้งอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษานำไปสู่การสร้างต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์และทำการประเมินความพึงพอใจ
