สุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนวัยรุ่นในโรงเรียนเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับสุขภาพจิต สัมพันธภาพภายในครอบครัว การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง การมีเป้าหมายในชีวิต ของนักเรียนวัยรุ่นในโรงเรียนเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม 2. ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบสุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนวัยรุ่นในโรงเรียนเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม จำแนกตาม เพศ อาชีพของผู้ปกครอง ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน สถานภาพสมรสของบิดามารดา รายได้ของครอบครัว และกิจกรรมที่ชอบทำในเวลาว่างที่แตกต่างกัน 3. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสัมพันธภาพภายในครอบครัว การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง การมีเป้าหมายในชีวิต กับสุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนวัยรุ่นในโรงเรียนเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ในโรงเรียนเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 364 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ(%) ค่าเฉลี่ย (xˉ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( S.D.) การทดสอบค่าที ( t-test ) การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson 's Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.นักเรียนวัยรุ่นมีสุขภาพจิตอยู่ในระดับดี มีสัมพันธภาพภายในครอบครัว และการมีเป้าหมายในชีวิตอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2.สุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนวัยรุ่น เมื่อจำแนกตามอาชีพของผู้ปกครอง ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน สถานภาพสมรสของบิดามารดา รายได้ของครอบครัว และกิจกรรมที่ชอบทำในเวลาว่าง พบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในขณะที่เมื่อจำแนกตามเพศ พบว่าไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน 3.การมีเป้าหมายในชีวิต การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และสัมพันธภาพภายในครอบครัว มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนวัยรุ่นในโรงเรียนเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 The purposes of this research were; 1) to study the level of family relationship, self-esteem, goal setting and mental health of adolescent students; 2) to compare the adolescent students’ mental health as classified by sex, parents' career, Grade Point Average: GPA, marital status of parents, family income and leisure activity; 3) to study the relationships among family relationship, self-esteem, goal setting and mental health of adolescent students. The sample consisted of 364 adolescent students in schools located in Mueang Nakhon Pathom district, Nakhon Pathom province derived by Stratified Random Sampling. Instruments that were used to collect data were questionnaires constructed by the researcher. Data were analysed for percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson 's Correlation Coefficient. The results found that : 1. The level of mental health, family relationship and goal setting of adolescent students were at the high level and the self-esteem was at the moderate level. 2. The mental health of adolescent students as classified by parents' career, GPA., marital status of parents, family income and leisure activity were different with statistical significance at .05. However, when classified by sex was not significantly different. 3. Goal setting, self-esteem and family relationship were positively related to the mental health of adolescent students with statistical significance at .01.
