THE SCENARIO OF NAKPRASITH SCHOOL WAT BANGCHANGNUA FOUNDATION IN THE NEXT DECADE (2018 - 2027)

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to propose the scenario of Nakprasith School Wat Bangchangnua Foundation in the next decade (2018 – 2027). The research method was EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research). The 21 person of purposive sampling experts were source of data. Collecting and analyzing data from a record of expert interview and Likert Rating Scale questionnaires. Content analysis and the statistical: median, mode and interquartile range (Q3-Q1) were used to find the consensus of the experts group.

The research found that

The consensus of the experts group projected three scenarios of Nakprasith School Wat Bangchangnua Foundation in the next decade (2018 – 2027). : optimistic realistic scenario, pessimistic realistic scenario and most probable scenario which classified into three areas: administration, curriculum and instruction.

The optimistic realistic scenario: the consensus of the experts group pointed that the school administration is stable and can respond to the digital-technology change. The school curriculum is flexible and encourages students’ skills. The instruction responds to the digital-technology change. But still keeping the school moral.

The pessimistic realistic scenario: the consensus of the experts group predicted that the school administration system is affected by a decrease in the number of students. Because of the decline of birth rate and social change. The school curriculum does not meet the future careers. The instruction does not encourage the performance and the students’ abilities. And lack of using instructional technology to design the learning process.

The most probable scenario: the consensus of the experts group pointed that the school administration have to raise the quality management system. Using information technology comparable to international standards. The school curriculum is always improved. And the instruction encourages educational mindset of the students.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวาดอนาคตภาพของโรงเรียนนาคประสิทธิ์ มูลนิธิวัดบางช้างเหนือในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ. 2561 – 2570) ด้วยระเบียบวิธีวิจัยอนาคตแบบ EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เลือกแบบเจาะจงจำนวน 21 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) จากแบบบันทึกประกอบการสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ค่าทางสถิติ ค่ามัธยฐาน (Median) ค่าฐานนิยม (Mode) และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ (Interquartile Range (Q3-Q1)) เพื่อพิจารณาฉันทามติจากแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่าของลิเคิท (Likert Rating Scale)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

อนาคตภาพโรงเรียนนาคประสิทธิ์ มูลนิธิวัดบางช้างเหนือในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ. 2561 – 2570) ตามฉันทามติ ของผู้เชี่ยวชาญปรากฏภาพอนาคตสามภาพ คือ ภาพอนาคตทางบวก (optimistic realistic scenario) ภาพอนาคตทางลบ (pessimistic realistic scenario) และภาพที่เป็นไปได้มากที่สุด (most probable scenario) ซึ่งจำแนกเป็นรายด้านได้ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหาร ด้านหลักสูตร และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน

ภาพอนาคตทางบวก (optimistic realistic scenario) ที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทุกท่านมีความเห็นคล้องกันคือ การบริหาร ของโรงเรียนมีเสถียรภาพภายใต้เครือข่ายความร่วมมือของบุคลากรภายในองค์กร และทันต่อสภาวะการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดจาก เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล หลักสูตรมีความยืดหยุ่น ตอบสนองความต้องการและความสามารถของนักเรียนตามศักยภาพ ส่งผลให้นักเรียน รู้เท่าทันเทคโนโลยี มีทักษะการทำงาน และมีทักษะชีวิต และการจัดการเรียนการสอนทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล โดยยึดนักเรียนเป็นศูนย์กลางแต่ยังคงคุณธรรมอัตลักษณ์ของโรงเรียนไว้

ภาพอนาคตทางลบ (pessimistic realistic scenario) ที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทุกท่านเห็นคล้องกันจากการประเมิน สภาวการณ์ปัจจุบันคือ จำนวนนักเรียนลดลงเนื่องจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและอัตราการเกิดของประชากรจนส่งผลกระทบ ต่อการบริหาร หลักสูตรไม่รองรับต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือโลกทัศน์ทางอาชีพในทศวรรษหน้า และการจัดการเรียนการสอนไม่ส่งเสริมพัฒนาการและไม่ตอบสนองสมรรถนะตามระดับความสามารถของนักเรียนอย่างเต็มศักยภาพเนื่องจากจำนวนนักเรียนต่อห้อง มากเกินไป และขาดการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างจริงจัง

ภาพที่เป็นไปได้มากที่สุด (most probable scenario) ที่จะนำไปสู่ภาพอนาคตทางบวก (optimistic realistic scenario) และป้องกันภาพอนาคตทางลบ (pessimistic realistic scenario) ซึ่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญเห็นคล้องกันคือ โรงเรียนต้องยกระดับ การบริหารด้วยระบบคุณภาพให้เทียบเคียงกับมาตรฐานสากล พัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหาร หลักสูตรมีการ ปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลา สามารถปรับลดเนื้อหา และเพิ่มความเข้มข้นให้เทียบเคียงกับมาตรฐานสากล และจัดการเรียน การสอนที่ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนใช้เทคโนโลยีอย่างเป็นประโยชน์ รวมทั้งปลูกฝังให้นักเรียนเห็นความสำคัญและประโยชน์ของการศึกษา อย่างแท้จริง
