Development applications program to enhance innovation management for community’s suppliers of raw materials in supply chains of social enterprise

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to consider the trends examine Development applications program to enhance innovation management for community’s suppliers of raw materials in supply chains of social enterprise 2) to examine components and development on the programs to enhance innovation management to increase the economy of scale for community’s suppliers of raw materials in supply chains of social enterprise.. The qualitative data were acquired by using documentary research in-depth interviews and technique Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research (EDFR) technique. The data also were gained by participatory action research (PAR) and applied the qualitative technique, strategy assessment based on Cohen’s Kappa Statistics and PERT CPM to compare to develop programs for enhancing the innovation management for the community’s suppliers of raw materials. The key informants were the herbal group members of Ban Dong Bang in Prachinburi province. They supply the raw materials for Chao Phraya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital Foundation.

The results showed that the main components of the program were Human Made Money Machine Management Sharing and Feedback. Analyze the statistics by Cohen’s Kappa Statistics has a good level of consistency, The result shown that the project timeline was shorter, according to the program is intended. Finally, research shown that everyone in the group members understandsto make the community transform into an innovative community. In essence, the innovative platforms are a new issue with the community, where most community members are middle-aged people. Therefore, it is easy to design, use, understand, and access, but most importantly, innovative platforms that have been designed to be able to answer the purpose., The philosophy behind this innovative platform is the management system that will meet all the supply chains of community’s suppliers of raw materials in supply chains.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบหรือองค์ประกอบพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์เสริมสร้างศักยภาพการบริหารวิสาหกิจชุมชนเชิงนวัตกรรมของชุมชนผู้ผลิตวัตถุดิบในห่วงโซ่อุปทานของกิจการเพื่อสังคม และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพวิสาหกิจชุมชนเชิงนวัตกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการบริหารสำหรับชุมชนผู้ผลิตวัตถุดิบในห่วงโซ่อุปทานของกิจการเพื่อสังคม โดยที่เป็นการวิจัยและการพัฒนา (Research and Development) รวบรวมข้อมูลแบบวิธีการการวิจัยพหุวิธี (Multi-methods) และนำวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ(Qualitative Research) โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และ การวิจัยอนาคต EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) ซึ่งเป็นการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์เสริมสร้างศักยภาพการบริหารวิสาหกิจชุมชนเชิงนวัตกรรมของชุมชนผู้ผลิตวัตถุดิบในห่วงโซ่อุปทานของกิจการเพื่อสังคมให้กับวิสาหกิจชุมชนและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและนำมาพัฒนาด้วยการประยุกต์ใช้วิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม PAR (Participatory Action Research) ประยุกต์เทคนิคเชิงปริมาณประเมินกลยุทธ์ตามคะแนน Cohen’s Kappa Statistic และ ประยุกต์ เทคนิคการประเมินผลและทบทวนโครงการและระเบียบวิธีวิกฤต เพื่อประเมินผล เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพวิสาหกิจชุมชนเชิงนวัตกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการบริหารสำหรับชุมชนผู้ผลิตวัตถุดิบในห่วงโซ่อุปทานของกิจการเพื่อสังคม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ สมาชิกกลุ่มสมุนไพรบ้านดงบัง จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ซึ่งเป็น ชุมชนผู้ผลิตวัตถุดิบสมุนไพรให้กับมูลนิธิโรงพยาบาลเจ้าพระยาอภัยภูเบศร

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าองค์ประกอบของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพวิสาหกิจชุมชนไปสู่การเป็นวิสาหกิจชุมชนเชิงนวัตกรรม มีจำนวน 6 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ การเงินหรือเงินทุน กำลังคนหรือสมาชิก อุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องจักร การจัดการ การแบ่งปัน และ การให้ข้อมูลป้อนกลับ ผลการวิเคราะห์โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพวิสาหกิจชุมชนไปสู่การเป็นวิสาหกิจชุมชนเชิงนวัตกรรม วิเคราะห์สถิติค่า Cohen’s Kappa มีระดับความสอดคล้องในระดับดี คือ โปรแกรมใช้ได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ ผลการวัดจากการประเมินโครงงานประยุกต์เทคนิคการประเมินผลและทบทวนโครงการและระเบียบวิธีวิกฤต พบว่ามีกระบวนการทำงานที่เร็วขึ้น ทำให้กระบวนการทำงานเร็วขึ้น 12 วัน และสุดท้ายงานวิจัยแสดงให้ทุกคนในกลุ่มสมาชิกเข้าใจดีว่าการที่จะทำให้ชุมชนเปลี่ยนตัวเองเป็นชุมชนเชิงนวัตกรรมแนวคิดการพัฒนาองค์ก็ต้องเข้าไปใช้ นำไปทำความเข้าใจให้ชุมชน การให้ชุมชนได้เข้าใจ แพลตฟอร์มนวัตกรรมเป็นเรื่องที่ใหม่กับชุมชนโดยที่สมาชิกในชุมชนส่วนใหญ่เป็นวัยกลางคน ดังนั้นต้องออกแบบกระบวนการการใช้งานให้เข้าใจและเข้าถึงง่าย แต่ที่สำคัญที่สุดแพลตฟอร์มนวัตกรรมที่ได้จัดทำขึ้นมาต้องสามารถตอบจุดประสงค์ แก้ปัญหา หรือ พัฒนาชุมชนได้โดยนำแนวคิดทฤษฎีทางการจัดการมาอยู่เบื้องหลังโดยที่ปรัชญาที่อยู่เบื้องหลังแพลตฟอร์มนวัตกรรมนี้คือระบบการจัดการที่จะมาตอบโจทย์ในทุกห่วงโซ่อุปทานของชุมชนผู้ผลิตวัตถุดิบ
