The Critical thinking results by inquiry-method electronic books for Different abilities In studying science courses of mathayomsuksa 1 students

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) To Compare critical thinking scores before and after studying by Inquiry-based electronic books 2) To Compare critical thinking scores between groups of students with learning ability in science subjects of high, middle and low groups. 3) To study satisfaction of mathayomsuksa 1 students on Inquiry-based electronic books. The sample groups for this research were 2nd semester, academic year 2562 in mathayomsuksa 1 students from Chomchon Watrangbua School 30 peoples by Simple Random Sampling. The instruments of this research were : 1) Inquiry-based electronic books title : Global Warming learning plan. 2) Inquiry-based electronic books title : Global Warming 3) Test of critical thinking ability before and after learning. 4) Satisfaction Assessment form inquiry-based electronic books title : Global Warming.

The results were as follows : 1) Critical thinking results after learning were higher than before learning. Statistical significance at the level of .05 2) Critical thinking results between groups after learning are different. By high school students has an average score of 23.20, Medium group students has an average score of 16.90, Low group students has an average score of 12.10. Statistical significance at the level of .05 3) The Student’s Satisfaction was in most level with mean of 4.63 and standard deviation of 0.48

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ก่อนและหลังเรียนโดยการเรียนด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบสืบสวนสอบสวน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ หลังเรียนระหว่างกลุ่มของนักเรียนที่มีความสามารถทางการเรียนในรายวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ กลุ่มสูง กลุ่มกลาง และกลุ่มต่ำ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยม ศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีต่อหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แบบสืบสวนสอบสวน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนชุมชนวัดรางบัว อ.จอมบึง จ.ราชบุรี ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 30 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้การวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แบบสืบสวนสอบสวน เรื่องภาวะโลกร้อน 2) หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แบบสืบสวนสอบสวน เรื่องภาวะโลกร้อน 3) แบบวัดความสามารถการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน 4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แบบสืบสวนสอบสวน เรื่องภาวะโลกร้อน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ระหว่างกลุ่มที่มีความสามารถในการเรียนรายวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ต่างกัน ด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แบบสืบสวนสอบสวน (IBL) เรื่องภาวะโลกร้อน ที่มีผลต่อการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกัน โดยนักเรียนกลุ่มสูงมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 23.20 นักเรียนกลุ่มปานกลางมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 16.90 นักเรียนกลุ่มต่ำมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 12.10 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.63 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐานเท่ากับ 0.48
