การพัฒนาแผนกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูคำสอนตามแนวคิดอิกญาเชี่ยนในประเทศไทย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพความต้องการทักษะการสอนและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ตามแนวคิดอิกญาเชี่ยนในประเทศไทย 2) พัฒนาแผนกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูคำสอนตามแนวคิดอิกญาเชี่ยนในประเทศไทย และ 3) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์การทดลองใช้กิจกรรม การเรียนรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของ ครูคำสอนตามแนวคิดอิกญาเชี่ยนในประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาสภาพความต้องการทักษะการสอนและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ตามแนวคิดอิกญาเชี่ยนในประเทศไทย คือ ครูคำสอน จำนวน 343 คน และ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 13 คน กลุ่มทดลองใช้แผนกิจกรรมการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูคำสอนตามแนวคิดอิกญาเชี่ยนในประเทศไทย คือ ครูคำสอน จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแผนกิจกรรมการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูคำสอนตามแนวคิดอิกญาเชี่ยนในประเทศไทย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูคำสอนมีความต้องการพัฒนาทักษะการสอน ในด้านการไตร่ตรองมากที่สุด ( x= 4.44, S.D. = .598 อยู่ในระดับมาก) รองลงมาคือ การปฏิบัติ ( x= 4.40, S.D. = .579 อยู่ในระดับมาก) ด้านประสบการณ์ ( x= 4.31, S.D. = .548 อยู่ในระดับมาก) ด้านบริบท ( x = 4.30, S.D. = .535 อยู่ในระดับมาก) และการประเมินผล ( x= 4.25, S.D. = .646 อยู่ในระดับมาก) ตามลำดับ ส่วนความต้องการการพัฒนาด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูคำสอนตามแนวคิดอิกญาเชี่ยนในประเทศไทยพบว่า ในด้านรัก-ศรัทธาในพระเจ้า มากที่สุด ( x= 4.47, S.D. = .613 อยู่ในระดับมาก) รองลงมาคือ ด้านดำเนินชีวิตตามแบบอย่างของ พระเยซูเจ้า ( x= 4.46, S.D. = .640 อยู่ในระดับมาก) อุทิศตนเพื่อสังคม ( x = 4.45, S.D. = .666 อยู่ในระดับมาก) กระทำสิ่งต่างๆให้ดีขึ้นอยู่เสมอ ( x = 4.43, S.D. = .697 อยู่ในระดับมาก) และด้านรักผู้เรียน น้อยที่สุด ( x= 4.31, S.D. = .632 อยู่ในระดับมาก) ตามลำดับ แผนกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูคำสอนตามแนวคิดอิกญาเชี่ยนในประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จำนวน 26 กิจกรรม เป็นด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการสอนของครูคำสอนจำนวน 14 กิจกรรม และ กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ครูคำสอนจำนวน 12 กิจกรรม ผลสัมฤทธิ์การทดลองใช้แผนกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนตามแนวคิดอิกญาเชี่ยน ในประเทศไทย มีผลสัมฤทธิ์โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x = 4.49 S.D. = .271) เช่นเดียวกับ ผลสัมฤทธิ์การทดลองใช้ แผนกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ ครูคำสอนตามแนวคิดอิกญาเชี่ยนในประเทศไทย มีผลสัมฤทธิ์โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x = 4.58 S.D. = .258) The objectives of this study were: 1) to examine the needs for acquiring teaching skills and the desired characteristics of catechists in accordance with the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm in Thailand. 2) to develop learning activity plans for acquiring teaching skills and desired characteristics of catechists in accordance with Ignatian pedagogy paradigm in Thailand and 3) to find out the result of learning activity plans for acquiring teaching skills and desired characteristics of catechists in accordance with Ignatian pedagogy paradigm in Thailand The sample group consisted of: 13 catechetical experts selected by purposive sampling; 343 catechists by sample size table of Krejcie & Morgan; 15 catechists an as experimental group by purposive sampling. The research instruments were: semi-structured interview, questionnaire, learning activity plans, focus group discussion. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Research findings were as follows: The need for acquiring teaching skills. Catechists needed five teaching skills. The first was Reflection ( x= 4.44, S.D. = .598 high level) the next wa Practice (x = 4.40, S.D. = .579 high level) Third: Experience ( x= 4.31, S.D. = .548 high level). Fourth: Context ( x= 4.30, S.D. = .535 high level) and the last was Evaluation ( x= 4.25, S.D. = .646 high level). The need for acquiring desired characteristics. Catechists needed nine characteristics. The first desired characteristic needed was Faithfulness to God ( x= 4.47, S.D. = .613 high level). The next was Living one’s life by following Jesus as the model ( x = 4.46, S.D. = .640 high level), An active life of commitment for society ( x= 4.45, S.D. = .666 high level). And the last was to Know and Love each individual learner ( x = 4.31, S.D. = .632 high level). The learning activity plans for acquiring teaching skills and desired characteristics of catechists in accordance with Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm in Thailand were composed of 26 learning activities. There were 14 activities for developing teaching skills and 12 activities for developing desired characteristics. The result of all learning activity plans for acquiring teaching skill were in the high level ( x = 4.49 S.D. = .271). And the result of all learning activities plans for acquiring desired characteristics of catechists in accordance with Ignatian pedagogy paradigm in Thailand were in higher level ( x= 4.58 S.D. = .258).
