ACADEMIC AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOLIN THE NEXT DECADE

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine Academic affairs administration of primary school in the next decade by applying the Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research (EDFR) technique. Purposive sampling was used to select 21 jury of experts. The tools for collecting data were unstructured interview and questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were median, mode, and Interquartile range.

The findings of this study were as follows:

Academic affairs administration of primary school in the next decade that were classified into 7 factors and 85 issues; 1) Creating a shared vision in academic administration. There were 12 issues, that focus on flexible vision concept. 2) Developing a curriculum that is consistent with students' needs and aptitudes. There were 11 issues, that focus on integration with local wisdom toward of soft power. 3) Setting the learning management process that enhancing IQ, EQ, and MQ. There were 16 issues, that focus on integrating with Digital Platform, AI, Application and technological media to support future learning. 4) Diverse and reflective assessment methods. There were 10 issues, that focus on developing varied and flexible assessment methods that truly reflect learning outcomes. 5) Internal supervision to develop learning management processes. There were 11 issues that focus on developing various supervisory processes and creating internal supervision networks. 6) Development of media, innovations, technology, and learning resources for anytime, anywhere Learning. There were 13 issues that encourages teachers and students to produce and develop media, innovations, technology, and learning resources. 7) Networks for academic management participation. There were 12 issues that emphasis on establishing networks for academic management participation among educational institutions and stakeholders.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทราบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในทศวรรษหน้า โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงอนาคต EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 21 คน ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ มัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม และพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

การบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า ประกอบด้วยสาระสำคัญ 7 ด้าน 85 ประเด็น ดังนี้ 1) การสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการ จำนวน 12 ประเด็น มุ่งเน้นการสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมและสร้างกรอบความคิดที่ยืดหยุ่นในการบริหารงานวิชาการ 2) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการและความถนัดของนักเรียน จำนวน 11 ประเด็น มุ่งเน้นพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการและเชื่อมโยงกับท้องถิ่นนำไปสู่การสร้าง Soft Power 3) กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เสริมสร้าง IQ, EQ และ MQ จำนวน 16 ประเด็น มุ่งเน้นจัดการเรียนรู้โดยบูรณาการใช้ Digital Platform, AI, Application และสื่อเทคโนโลยีรองรับการเรียนรู้ในอนาคต 4) การวัดและประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลายและสะท้อนผลการเรียนรู้ ได้จริง จำนวน 10 ประเด็น มุ่งเน้นพัฒนารูปแบบ วิธีการวัดและประเมินผลที่หลากหลาย ยืดหยุ่นในการวัดและประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ สอดคล้องกับบริบทของสถานศึกษาที่แตกต่างกัน 5) การนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 11 ประเด็น มุ่งเน้นพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อรองรับการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา การประเมินผลและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และสร้างเครือข่ายในการนิเทศภายใน 6) การพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี และแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อการเรียนรู้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา จำนวน 13 ประเด็น ส่งเสริมครูและนักเรียน เป็นนวัตกร พัฒนานวัตกรรมในการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนได้อย่างเหมาะสม และส่งเสริมนักเรียนให้มีส่วนร่วม ในการออกแบบ พัฒนา และผลิตสื่อ นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี และแหล่งเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบที่ตนเองสนใจ 7) การสร้างเครือข่ายการมีส่วนร่วมการบริหารงานวิชาการ จำนวน 12 ประเด็น มุ่งเน้นการสร้างเครือข่ายการมีส่วนร่วม การบริหารวิชาการระหว่างหน่วยงานการศึกษา หน่วยงานภาครัฐ หน่วยงานเอกชน และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ในการจัดการศึกษา
