รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ในโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1)องค์ประกอบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ 2)รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ 3)ผลการยืนยันรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ และ 4) เพื่อทราบองค์ประกอบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ด้วยเทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงอนาคต และเปรียบเทียบองค์ประกอบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ กับเทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงอนาคต กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ โรงเรียนในโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ 131 โรง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ หัวหน้างานวิชาการหรือหัวหน้าโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ และครูผู้สอน รวมทั้งสิ้น 514 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 1.แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง 2. แบบสอบถาม ความคิดเห็น 3.แบบสอบถามเดลฟาย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่ามัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม ค่าพิสัยระหว่าง ควอไทล์ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจด้วยวิธีสกัดปัจจัย การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ และการยืนยันรูปแบบโดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ มี 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1)การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา 2)การพัฒนาหลักสูตร 3)การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา 4)การพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้เรียน 5)การพัฒนาศักยภาพของครู 6)การบริการงานแนะแนวและ 7)การพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอน 2. รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ เป็นความสัมพันธ์ขององค์ประกอบทั้ง 7 องค์ประกอบ โดยองค์ประกอบด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา การบริการงานแนะแนวและการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนมีความสัมพันธ์โดยตรงกับการพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้เรียน และองค์ประกอบด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การบริการงานแนะแนวและการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอน มีความสัมพันธ์โดยอ้อมกับการพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้เรียน 3. ผลการยืนยันรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ มีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ความถูกต้องและใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริง สอดคล้องกับทฤษฎีและกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัย 4. องค์ประกอบที่ได้จากเทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงอนาคต มี 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1)การวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ 2)การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ 3)การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้และการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา 4)การพัฒนากิจกรรมเสริมศักยภาพการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน และ 5)การพัฒนาศักยภาพครูผู้สอนและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง และผลการเปรียบเทียบองค์ประกอบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ พบว่า เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจและเทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงอนาคต มีองค์ประกอบที่มีตัวแปรเหมือนกันหรือใกล้เคียงกัน 5 องค์ประกอบ และแตกต่างกันมี 2 องค์ประกอบ The purposes of this research were to determine; 1)the components of the academic administration in enrichment science classroom project school, 2) the model of the academic administration in enrichment science classroom project school, 3) the result of confirmation academic administration in enrichment science classroom project school and 4) the components of the academic administration in enrichment science classroom project school by ehtnographic delphi futures research and compare the components of the academic administration in enrichment science classroom project school between exploratory factor analysis and ehtnographic delphi futures research.The samples were 131 enrichment science classroom project school.The respondents were school director,vice academic director,head of academic department and teacher,with totall of 514 respondents.The instruments for collecting the data were semi-srtuctural interview form, opinionnaires and delphi questionnaire .The statistics for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, mode,median, interquatile range, exploratory factor analysis,path analysis and ethnographic future research. The findings of this study were as follows: 1) The components of the model of the academic administration in enrichment science classroom project school were 1)educational participation,2) curriculum development, 3)quality assurance,4) potential learning development of student, 5)potential development of teacher, 6)guidance service and 7) instructional media development. 2) The model of the academic administration in enrichment science classroom project school were the correlation of 7 components which educational participation , curriculum development ,quality assurance, guidance service and instructional media development had direct affected to potential learning development of student and educational participation , curriculum development, ,guidance service and instructional media development which indirect affected to potential learning development of student. 3) The confirmation of academic administration in enrichment science classroom project school model were found propriety, feasibility, accuracy, utility and accordance with the theories and the research conceptual framework. 4) The components of the model of the academic administration in enrichment science classroom project school were academic planning, curriculum development, potential learning development of student, potential learning development of teacher and learning process development and education technology.The comparison of the components of the academic administration in enrichment science classroom project school found that five components from both of research methodology had the same components, and two components were different.
