การบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของโรงเรียนสาธิต

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) องค์ประกอบการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของโรงเรียนสาธิต 2) ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและ การสื่อสารของโรงเรียนสาธิต ประชากร คือ โรงเรียนสาธิตระดับมัธยมศึกษาที่สังกัดในสถาบันการอุดมศึกษาและมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎ จำนวน 28 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเปิดตารางของเครซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan) คือ โรงเรียนสาธิตระดับมัธยมศึกษาที่สังกัดในสถาบันการอุดมศึกษาและมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎ จำนวน 28 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล โรงเรียนละ 8 คน แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ดังนี้ กลุ่มที่ 1 กลุ่มผู้บริหาร ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ หรือหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระต่างๆ ของโรงเรียนสาธิต จำนวน 4 คน และกลุ่มที่ 2 ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในโรงเรียนสาธิต จำนวน 4 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 224 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ กึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การสังเคราะห์เอกสาร ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของโรงเรียนสาธิต เป็นพหุองค์ประกอบ มี 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) โครงสร้างพื้นฐานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ซึ่งมี 2 องค์ประกอบย่อย คือ 1.1) ด้านการจัดการทรัพยากร 1.2) ด้านการจัดการระบบเครือข่าย 2) การจัดองค์การเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบย่อย คือ 2.1) ด้านการจัดการโครงสร้างหน่วยงาน 2.2) ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล 3) การวางแผนกลยุทธ์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 4) การกำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารและบุคลากรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และ 5) การควบคุม ติดตามและการประเมินผลเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 2. ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของโรงเรียนสาธิต ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่า องค์ประกอบการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของโรงเรียนสาธิตมีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม เป็นไปได้ และเป็นประโยชน์ The purposes of this research were; 1) to identify the components of the Information and communication technology administration in demonstration school, and 2) to confirm the components of the information and communication technology administration in demonstration school. The population were 28 demonstration schools under the office of the higher education commission and the Rajabhat University. The samples were 28 demonstration schools and the respondents were administrative staff and school stakeholders with the total of 224 respondents. The instruments for collecting the data were semi-structured interview and opinionnaires. The data were analyzed by content analysis, frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and exploratory factor analysis. The findings of this study were as follows : 1. The information and communication technology administration in demonstration school development factors were 5 components: 1) Infrastructure of information and communications technology, composed of 1.1) Resource management, 1.2) Network management, 2) The organizational structure information and communications technology, composed of 2.1) Authority management, 2.2) Human resource management, 3) Information and communications technology strategy planning. 4) Setting the role of administrator and personnel on information and communications technology and 5) Controlling, monitoring and evaluating on information and communications technology. 2. The experts confirmed that the components were accuracy, propriety, feasibility and utility.
