EFFECTS OF PROBLEM BASED LEARNING ACTIVITES BY USING WEB APPLICATION FOR BLOCK BASED PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE AND ARITFICAIAL INTELLIGENCE TO ENHANCE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY OF VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE STUDENTS AT PHETCHAOFBURI TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1)To develop a problem-based learning activity on a web application for programming in a block language combined with artificial intelligence to enhance application development and digital technology utilization capabilities.2)to study students application development capabilities.3)to study students digital technology utilization capabilities and 4)to examine students perceptions of problem-based learning activities on a web application for programming in a block language combined with artificial intelligence.The sample consisted of 32 second-year vocational certificate students in the Digital Business Technology program at Phetchaburi Technical College. This research was conducted in the first semester of the academic year 2025.Purposive sampling was used.The research instruments used were.1)structured expert interviews.2)Learning activity plans for application design and development 3)Websites for the subject of introductory mobile application development for learning activities.4)Student application development competency assessments. 5)Student digital technology competency assessments. 6)Student perception assessments of problem-based learning activities with artificial intelligence to enhance application development and digital technology utilization capabilities among vocational certificate students at Phetchaburi Technical College. The research results revealed that 1)The development of problem-based learning activities on a web application for programming in a block language combined with artificial intelligence to promote application development and digital technology utilization skills among vocational certificate students at Phetchaburi Technical College was assessed as very good (mean4.57,standard deviation 0.25) and the quality of the website used for learning activities was very good(mean4.54,standard deviation0.32)suitable for organizing learning activities that promote student abilities.2)The results of the study on students application development ability showed an average score of 17.69 which is considered very good.3)The results of the study on students digital technology ability showed an average score of 58.09 which is considered very good.4)The results of the study on students opinions on problem-based learning activities on a web application for programming in a block language combined with artificial intelligence showed an excellent level of opinion (mean 4.48,standard deviation 0.32).

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบปัญหาเป็นฐานบนเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับเขียนโปรแกรมภาษาบล็อคคำสั่งร่วมกับปัญญาประดิษฐ์ เพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันและการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 2)เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันของนักเรียน 3)เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของนักเรียน และ4)เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบปัญหาเป็นฐานบนเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับเขียนโปรแกรมภาษาบล็อกคำสั่งร่วมกับปัญญาประดิษฐ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นนักเรียนประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ(ปวช.) ชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีธุรกิจดิจิทัล วิทยาลัยเทคนิคเพชรบุรี จำนวน 32 คนการวิจัยนี้ดำเนินการในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2568 โดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ 1)แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแบบมีโครงสร้าง 2)แผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่องการออกแบบและพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชัน 3)สื่อเว็บไซต์รายวิชาการพัฒนาโปรแกรมบนอุปกรณ์แบบพกพาเบื้องต้นสำหรับจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 4)แบบวัดความสามารถในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันของนักเรียน 5)แบบวัดความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของนักเรียน และ6)แบบประเมินความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับปัญญาประดิษฐ์เพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันและการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ของนักเรียนประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคเพชรบุรี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)ผลการพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบปัญหาเป็นฐานบนเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับเขียนโปรแกรมภาษาบล็อคคำสั่งร่วมกับปัญญาประดิษฐ์เพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันและการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ของนักเรียนประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคเพชรบุรี มีการประเมินคุณภาพแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ระดับดีมาก(ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ4.57,ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ0.25) และสื่อเว็บไซต์สำหรับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้มีคุณภาพระดับดีมาก(ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ4.54,ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ0.32)เหมาะสมสามารถนำไปจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมความสามารถของนักเรียน 2)ผลการศึกษาความสามารถในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันของนักเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ17.69 มีความสามารถอยู่ในระดับดีมากและ3)ผลการศึกษาความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของนักเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ58.09 มีความสามารถอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และ4)ผลการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบปัญหาเป็นฐานบนเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับเขียนโปรแกรมภาษาบล็อคคำสั่งร่วมกับปัญญาประดิษฐ์มีระดับความคิดเห็นอยู่ระดับดีมาก(ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ4.48,ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.32)
