การจัดการมัคคุเทศก์น้อยพิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้านวัดม่วง

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นมาและการจัดการมัคคุเทศก์น้อย ของพิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้านวัดม่วงที่ผ่านมา และเสนอแนวทางการจัดการมัคคุเทศก์น้อยสู่ความยั่งยืน ต่อไป การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องและการลง ภาคสนามเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องและสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วมที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ฯ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้านวัดม่วงเป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นที่สำคัญแห่งหนึ่ง ของประเทศไทยที่ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประวัติศาสตร์ความเป็นมา และวัฒนธรรมของมอญลุ่มน้ำแม่ กลองตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน ในช่วงแรกยังไม่มีมัคคุเทศก์น้อยนำชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ฯ อย่างจริงจัง ต่อมาหมวดวิชาประวัติศาสตร์ คณะโบราณคดี มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร นำโดยรองศาสตราจารย์ สุภาภรณ์ จินดามณีโรจน์ได้จัดอบรมมัคคุเทศก์น้อยให้แก่นักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดม่วงมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2554 จนถึงปัจจุบันด้วยงบประมาณจากคณะโบราณคดี มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จึงได้มี ทีมมัคคุเทศก์น้อยภายใต้การดูแลอาจารย์โรงเรียนวัดม่วง 2 ท่านเป็นกำลังสำคัญ มัคคุเทศก์น้อย เหล่านี้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความสมัครใจ และได้รับการพัฒนาจนเกิดความชำนาญมากขึ้นแต่ปัญหา เนื้อหาที่มีมากและค่อนข้างยากทำให้ต้องใช้มัคคุเทศก์เป็นจุดๆ ในการนำชม แนวทางการจัดการมัคคุเทศก์น้อยต่อไป ควรให้โรงเรียนวัดม่วงเตรียมหาบุคลากร สำหรับเป็นวิทยากรอบรม และควรให้องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านม่วงที่รับผิดชอบพิพิธภัณฑ์ พื้นบ้านวัดม่วงนี้จัดหางบประมาณสนับสนุนการอบรมมัคคุเทศก์น้อยเป็นประจำทุกปีๆ ละครั้ง นอกจากนี้วัด ผู้นำชุมชน และชาวบ้านควรร่วมมือกันมากขึ้นในการวางแผนจัดการมัคคุเทศก์น้อย ร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระบบและควรประชาสัมพันธ์ให้มัคคุเทศก์น้อยเป็นที่รู้จักมากขึ้น ท้ายที่สุดคณะ โบราณคดี มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรควรที่จะยังคงให้การสนับสนุนและเป็นที่ปรึกษาในการอบรม มัคคุเทศก์น้อย รวมทั้งควรสร้างวิทยากรขึ้นมาทดแทนเพื่อความยั่งยืนต่อไป The objectives of this independent study were to study the history of junior guide management of Wat Muang Folk Museum and to present the strategies of junior guide management for sustainable development. This study was the qualitative research by gathering the information from related documents and field study (interview and participant observation) at Wat Muang Folk Museum. The result was found that Wat Muang Folk Museum is one of the significant museums of Thailand, contributing to the history and culture of Mon along Maeklong River. In the beginning, Wat Muang Folk Museum did not have any guides. History Department, Faculty of Archaeology, Silpakorn University leaded by Assoc. Prof. Suphaphorn Jindamaneeojana has organized junior guide training course to students of Wat Muang School since 2011 and there are two main teachers who have controlled junior guides. These volunteer junior guides are developed to be skilled. Because there are a lot of difficult contexts, each junior guide works at the responsible zone. The strategies of junior guide management are that school should arrange trainers for the junior guide training course and that museum should have budget for supporting in training every year, at least one time per year. All related parties must cooperate in junior guide management planning and promote the junior guides to the public. Finally, Faculty of Archaeology, Silpakorn University should support continually and should be the training advisor and build new trainers for the junior guide training course.
