ศิลปะจัดวางสื่อผสมภาพถ่ายเพื่อสะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ผู้ขับขี่จักรยานยนต์รับจ้าง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารวบรวมความรู้จากหลักทฤษฎีองค์ประกอบศิลป์การถ่ายภาพสารคดี (Steet Photography) และข้อมูลผู้ขับขี่จักรยานยนต์รับจ้างจากผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การให้บริการ ผู้ใช้บริการจักรยานยนต์รับจ้าง ผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบอาชีพจักรยานยนต์รับจ้าง เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ผู้ขับขี่จักรยานยนต์รับจ้างทั้ง 3 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านการให้บริการ ด้านความปลอดถัย ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมต่อสังคม ระยะที่ 1 ลงพื้นที่ภาคสนามจากการสังเกตและสร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อประเมินภาพลักษณ์ผู้ขับขี่จักรยานยนต์รับจ้างจากผู้ใช้บริการในช่วงเวลาเร่งด่วนของวันท่าการ (ช่วงที่ 1 คือ 07.30-09.00 น. ช่วงเวลาที่ 2 คือ 16.30-18.00 น.) ในพื้นที่ตามขอบเขตการวิจัยจ่านวน 153 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับมาทั้งหมด 100 ชุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.4 ซึ่งผลที่น่าเป็นห่วงส่าหรับภาพลักษณ์ผู้ขับขี่จักรยานยนต์รับจ้างมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการให้บริการ ด้านความปลอดภัย และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมต่อสังคมตามล่าดับ ระยะที่ 2 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามประเมินภาพลักษณ์ผู้ขับขี่จักรยานยนต์รับจ้าง สู่กระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะจัดวางสื่อผสมภาพถ่าย และท่าการประเมินผลงานภาพถ่ายจากการจัดนิทรรศการสื่อผสมภาพถ่ายส่าหรับผู้ขับขี่จักรยานยนต์รับจ้างในพื้นที่เขตบึงกุ่ม โดยมีผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาชุมชนในพื้นที่มาร่วมงาน เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการให้บริการที่ดี สิ่งที่ผู้ใช้บริการต้องการจากการบริการ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามประเมินการจัดนิทรรศการสื่อผสมภาพถ่ายจ่านวน 100 ชุด ผลการวิจัยนี้พบว่า 1) ด้านการให้บริการ จ่านวนจักรยานยนต์รับจ้างที่ให้บริการไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการซึ่งเป็นปัญหาที่เกิดมาจากการไม่เข้าใจของผู้ใช้บริการถึงการรับผิดชอบพื้นที่ที่ให้บริการ ที่ไม่สามารถให้บริการนอกเหนือพื้นที่ที่ให้บริการได้ 2) ด้านความปลอดภัย การปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรเป็นเหมือนกระจกสะท้อนถึงพฤติกรรมความเชื่อมั่นและความไว้ใจจากผู้ใช้บริการ มีผลต่อภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของอาชีพผู้ขับขี่จักรยานยนต์รับจ้าง 3) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมต่อสังคม การดูแลสอดส่องพื้นที่ที่ให้บริการ ความสะอาดต่อพื้นที่ การมีจิตอาสาป้องกันภัยสังคม 4) การจัดนิทรรศการสื่อผสมภาพถ่ายมีประโยชน์ต่อผู้ ขับขี่จักรยานยนต์รับจ้างท่าให้รู้วิธีแก้ปัญหากับภาพลักษณ์ที่มีผลต่อการประกอบอาชีพ The purpose of this research is to study the composition and presentation of the street photography and information of the motorcycle taxi, the experience, customer experience, a related occupations to promote the image of the motorcycle taxi in the service, safety, and social responsibilities. Phase 1, observe and create a questionnaire to evaluate motorcycle taxi image from the user during rush hour of working day (During 07.30 - 09.00 am and During 2nd 04.30 - 06.00 pm) in the scope of research of 153 people, 100 Questionnaires were returned and calculated into 65.4. One result that must be concerned for motorcycle taxi image is service, safety and social responsibilities. Phase 2, Analyzed data from those questionnaires and use it to produce the creative art installation to reflect motorcycle taxi image, and evaluate it from the mixed media photography for motorcycle taxi Buengkum area, There are local people who are in the community, attended the exhibition to foster to knowledge and understanding in the good service, what customers want. Questionnaires were used to assess the exhibition of the 100 series. The study shows that: 1) Service, The number of the motorcycle taxi is not enough to serve the customers per serving. The main reason is because the customers don’t understand the boundary of the service. 2) Safety, Follow the traffic regulations is like a mirror reflecting the trust behavior of the users, which will be effect to the good image of the motorcycle taxi 3) Social responsibities, Examine the serviced area, area cleanliness, and voluntariness to protect the society.. 4) An exhibition of mixed media photo, this exhibition is benefit for motorcycle riders to know how to solve problems that affect the image of the profession.
