พัฒนาการของวงดุริยางค์เยาวชนไทย ในพระอุปถัมภ์สมเด็จพระเจ้าพี่นางเธอ เจ้าฟ้ากัลยาณิวัฒนา กรมหลวงนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2529 - 2558

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวคิดและความเป็นมาของวงดุริยางค์เยาวชนไทย 2) ศึกษาพัฒนาการของวงดุริยางค์เยาวชนไทย ในด้านการบริหารจัดการและการเรียนการสอน ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2529 – 2558 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มประชากรในวง ได้แก่ ผู้ก่อตั้งวง วาทยกร ผู้จัดการวง ครูผู้ฝึกสอนและสมาชิก 2) แบบบันทึกการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1. วงดุริยางค์เยาวชนไทยเป็นผลผลิตจากวัตถุประสงค์และแนวคิดของโครงการประชุมปฏิบัติการดนตรีเยาวชนอาเซียน โดยมี ดร.สายสุรี จุติกุล เป็นผู้สนับสนุนผลักดันให้เกิดวงดุริยางค์เยาวชนไทยขึ้น ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2529 ร่วมด้วยนายภูกร (สุทิน) ศรีณรงค์ ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้อำนวยการวงและวาทยกร 2. พัฒนาการของวงดุริยางค์เยาวชนไทย แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ พบว่า มีจุดประสงค์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ มีการแบ่งการบริหารออกเป็น 2 ส่วนชัดเจน ได้แก่ การบริหารด้านโครงการ ที่มีการปรับเปลี่ยนผู้บริหารตามโครงสร้างขององค์กร และการบริหารภายในวง โดยมีนายภูกร (สุทิน) ศรีณรงค์ทำหน้าที่อ านวยการวงมาโดยตลอด โดยมีแหล่งงบประมาณมาจากการทุนสนับสนุนของภาครัฐและเอกชน 2) ด้านการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ตลอดระยะเวลา 30 ปี วงดุริยางค์เยาวชนไทย มีจำนวนครูผู้ฝึกสอนเพิ่มมากขึ้นและมีประสบการณ์โดยตรงจากวงออร์เคสตราในประเทศ จำนวนสมาชิกมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้น มีการวางแผนการฝึกซ้อมเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับความแตกต่างทางด้านทักษะของสมาชิก ความเข้มข้นของกิจกรรมและกระบวนการฝึกฝน มีผลโดยตรงต่อพัฒนาการด้านทักษะของสมาชิกในวง รายการแสดงมีความหลากหลายคำนึงถึงการเรียนรู้ของสมาชิกและความบันเทิงของผู้ชม สถานที่ฝึกซ้อมและการแสดงเป็นสถานที่ที่หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบจัดให้อย่างเหมาะสม The purpose of this research were: 1) to study concept and history of Thai Youth Orchestra (TYO) 2) to study the development of Thai Youth Orchestra in management and music instruction between 1986 and 2015. Research instruments were: 1) interview forms for demographic groups of TYO 2) data collecting and analysis forms. The results found that: 1. The foundation of Thai Youth Orchestra was a result from participle objective and concept of ASEAN Youth Music Workshop project during 1980 to 1986 which promote their participants to gain experience and founded the Youth Orchestra at their own homeland. Thai Youth Orchestra (TYO) was initiated by Dr.Saisuree Chutikul accompanied by Mr. Phukorn (Suthin) Srinarong as a music director and conductor in 1986 2. The Thai Youth Orchestra has successfully developed through management and music instruction. 1) The TYO Management were conducted by the objectives of the orchestra and depending on the authorised organisation. The management policy is divided into two sections: The project management and the orchestra management. The project management is organised mainly by the Authorised board. Whilst, the orchestra management was self conducted by Mr. Phukorn (Sutin) Srinarong the founder of TYO. TYO successive the major support from both government and non-government organisations. 2) Music instruction, witthin 30 years TYO has accommodated the experienced musicians from foremost orchestra in Thailand to coach participants. The conductor and staff collaboratively plan the rehearsals regarding the skills of participants. The program will be varied according to the ability of the musicians as well as the pleasure of the audiences. The venue of the performance were mostly organised by the managing authorisation.
