เฟอร์นิเจอร์เพื่อการพักผ่อนจากโครงสร้างแรงดึง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างแรงดึงจากงานสถาปัตยกรรมและวิศวกรรม ศึกษาคุณสมบัติของวัสดุที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแรงดึง ทดลองขึ้นรูปเฟอร์นิเจอร์จากแรงดึง ออกแบบและพัฒนาจนได้ต้นแบบที่มีประสิทธิภาพและศึกษาผลการออกแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์จากโครงสร้างแรงดึงจากต้นแบบจากผลการประเมินแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ซึ่งการรับแรงและการถ่ายแรงของโครงสร้างแรงดึงจากงานสถาปัตยกรรมและวิศวกรรมที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบันถูกนำมาเป็นเทคนิคเกิดความสมดุลในรูปแบบโครงสร้างแรงดึง นอกจากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับวัสดุที่มีความยืดหยุ่นเพื่อนำมาทดลองขึ้นรูปต้นแบบให้เกิดความเหมาะสมกับการเป็นเฟอร์นิเจอร์เพื่อการพักผ่อนและได้นำต้นแบบที่ได้ในขั้นตอนการออกแบบขั้นสุดท้ายมาทดลองใช้งานจริงกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของการออกแบบทั้งในด้านการใช้งาน ด้านวัสดุและด้านความงาม ผลการออกแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์เพื่อการพักผ่อนจากโครงสร้างแรงดึงพบว่า เฟอร์นิเจอร์ต้นแบบที่มีการคำนึงถึงการรับแรงและการถ่ายแรงโดยอยู่บนพื้นฐานความสมดุล เกิดเป็นเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่มีความสมดุลจากแรงดึงเมื่อถูกใช้งาน เป็นเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่มีมีสัดส่วนละรูปลักษณ์ที่เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน นอกจากนั้นยังมีความเหมาะสมในด้านวัสดุการใช้วัสดุไม้ในส่วนโครงสร้างหลัก(main-structure) ใช้วัสดุเชือกใยไนลอนและลวดสลิงในส่วนโครงสร้างรอง(cable) และใช้วัสดุผ้าดิบในส่วนในส่วนรองรับสรีระ(membrane) ซึ่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญทุกท่านให้ความเห็นว่าเฟอร์นิเจอร์ต้นแบบดังกล่าวสามารถตอบวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบแม้จะมีปัญหาในการทดสอบการใช้งานและความแข็งแรงแต่ทางผู้วิจัยก็สามารถแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทำให้ได้มาซึ่งต้นแบบที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์เป็นเฟอร์นิเจอร์หรืองานออกแบบรูปแบบอื่นๆได้อีกหลากหลาย เนื่องจากเป็นต้นแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่มาจากความคิดสร้างสรรค์ผนวกกับข้อมูลโครงสร้างแรงดึง ทำให้ได้เฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่มีรูปแบบที่แปลกตา มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว และเกิดพฤติกรรมการใช้งานในรูปแบบใหม่ๆร่วมด้วย The purpose of this research is to educate and to search for information, which involve in tensile structure of Architecture and Engineering. This research also searches for characteristic of tensile structure in materials, to experiment in tensile structure of furniture. This also design and develop Tensile structure of furniture to reach the best efficiency. This research also educate the result of Tensile structure in furniture which gather information from target users. The educating of Tensile Structure in architecture and Engineer will develop balance and flexible in structure. In the final of experiment, this research can create model of relaxing furniture involved with Tensile structure, balance and flexible, and also will be evaluated in terms of material, aesthetic and usefulness. The result of designing of relaxing furniture shows that the researcher can design model furniture which get strength and momentum, and based on balancing. This furniture has a well proportion and usefulness for users. Furthermore, in term of using wood for main structure, and using Nylon and Sling cable for sub-structure, and using calico for supporting body, the experts mention that model furniture can completely answer the purpose of this research. Although there are many obstacles in testing and experiment, the researcher can solve all problems and develop product efficiently. The result is perfectly model furniture which can use in different and various designed work .The reason is model furniture came from innovative designed and information of tensile structure which gather from the researcher, so the model furniture has strange form, individual characteristic and also create new behavior of users as well.
