แนวทางการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์โรงเรียนอนุบาลรือเสาะ อำเภอรือเสาะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) ภาพลักษณ์ของโรงเรียนอนุบาลรือเสาะ อำเภอรือเสาะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์โรงเรียนอนุบาลรือเสาะ อำเภอรือเสาะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนอนุบาลรือเสาะ จำนวน 317 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับระดับภาพลักษณ์โรงเรียนอนุบาลรือเสาะและแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์โรงเรียนอนุบาลรือเสาะ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาพลักษณ์ของโรงเรียนอนุบาลรือเสาะ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับดี โดยเรียงลำดับจากค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปน้อยคือ ด้านชื่อเสียงของโรงเรียนมีค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านอัตลักษณ์ของโรงเรียน ด้านค่านิยมและจรรยาบรรณของโรงเรียน และด้านลักษณะของโรงเรียน มีค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตน้อยที่สุด 2)แนวทางการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของโรงเรียนอนุบาลรือเสาะ สรุปเป็นรายด้าน ดังนี้ด้านลักษณะของโรงเรียน ควรจัดสร้างอาคารห้องสมุดและห้องคอมพิวเตอร์ให้ได้มาตรฐาน จัดบรรยากาศภายในบริเวณโรงเรียนโดยใช้มาตรการ 5 ส จัดระเบียบการจอดรถให้เป็นระเบียบ จัดสร้างห้องละหมาด สร้างแหล่งเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติม ปรับภูมิทัศน์บริเวณด้านหน้าโรงเรียน จัดสวนหย่อมปลูกไม้ดอกไม้ประดับ เพิ่มพื้นที่โต๊ะนั่งรับประทานอาหารและควรจำหน่ายอาหารที่มีความหลากหลาย มีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการ ควรพัฒนาห้องเรียน English Program ให้มีความทันสมัยพร้อมทั้งติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศทุกห้องเรียน ควรจัดสร้างห้องประชุมขนาดกลางเพิ่มเติมด้านค่านิยมและจรรยาบรรณของโรงเรียน ครูควรพัฒนาตนเองในด้านของวิชาชีพให้มากขึ้นและควรอุทิศตนในการทำงานร่วมกับส่วนรวม ควรให้ความสำคัญกับกิจกรรมทุกๆกิจกรรม ผู้บริหารและคณะครูต้องเป็นต้นแบบที่ดีให้กับนักเรียนทั้งทางด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และความมีระเบียบวินัยด้านอัตลักษณ์ของโรงเรียน ให้นักเรียนแต่งกายชุดพื้นเมืองหรือชุดท้องถิ่นเพิ่มเติม สัปดาห์ละ 1 วัน นักเรียนควรสวมใส่ยูนิฟอร์มแบบเดียวกัน จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาให้ผู้เรียนมีอัตลักษณ์ตรงตามที่กำหนด ผู้บริหารควรสนับสนุนและพัฒนาให้ผู้เรียนมีความโดดเด่นในทักษะความสามารถทางด้านกีฬาต่อไป โรงเรียนควรจัดทำของที่ระลึกเกี่ยวกับสัญลักษณ์ที่แสดงให้ผู้คนจดจำเมื่อใช้สิ่งของดังกล่าวที่เป็นสัญลักษณ์โรงเรียน ด้านชื่อเสียงของโรงเรียน ส่งเสริมให้เด็กมีความกล้าแสดงออก สร้างศักยภาพให้ผู้ปกครองมีความเชื่อมั่น ใช้การประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารทุกๆรูปแบบ สอบถามความต้องการของผู้ปกครองและชุมชนเพื่อนำมาปรับกลยุทธ์ในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันทักษะทางวิชาการให้ และผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีความสามารถด้านดนตรีและกีฬาต่อไป The purposes of this research were to identify 1) image the Anubanrueso school in Rueso district, Narathiwat province 2) the guidelines for the image development of Anubanrueso in Rueso district, Narathiwat province. The sample of this study were 317 members of Anubanrueso school parents and 9 of experts.The research instruments were a questionnaire regarding image of Anubanrueso school and a questionnaire regarding the guidelines for image development of Anubanrueso school. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and content analysis.The findings were as follow: 1) The image of Anubanrueso school, as a whole, was found at the high level. As individual, it was also found at the high level ranking the highest to the lowest of arithmetic mean : reputation, corporate identity, values/ethics, and personality. 2) The guidelines for image development of Anubanrueso school were:Personality: construct a library building and standardize a computers room, create school atmosphere using 5 measures management, systematize the car parking, provide a prayer room, provide more learning resources, landscape the school front, do the gardening, increase numbers of dining tables and provide various kinds of nutritious food. Modernize English Programme classrooms and set up the air conditioners in each room, and build a medium- size conference room.Values/ ethics: teachers should improve themselves for the profession and sacrifice for collaborative work with public, place importance on each activity, the school administrators and teachers must be models for good morality, ethics, and discipline. Corporate identity: allow the students to wear a traditional or a folk costume once a week, wear the same school uniform, organize an event to improve students’ corporate identity according to specification, the school administrators should support the outstanding sports- skill students, design memorable gifts labelled with school symbol for people’s recall. Reputation: encourage assertiveness in children, create potentiality for parents’ trustworthiness, publicize news via all sorts, survey parents and communities’ needs for school administration strategies adjustment, encourage students to participate in any academic competitions, and the school administrators should support students’ music and sports talents.
