Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1)คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 2)การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 3)ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จำนวน 56 โรง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสถานศึกษาละ 4 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาหรือผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่แทนรองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 1 คน และครู จำนวน 2 คน รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูล 224 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพ ตามแนวคิดของสถาบันพัฒนาครู คณาจารย์และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา และการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ ตามแนวคิดของเดวิด ( David ) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were to determine 1)the characteristics of professional administrator under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, 2)the strategic management of school administrator under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9 and 3)the relationship between the characteristics of professional administrator and the strategic management of school administrator under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9.The sample were 56 schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9. The respondents were school administrator, deputy school administrator, and teacher, total of 224 respondents. The instrument was an opinionnaire about the characteristics of professional administrator from National Institute for Development of Teachers Faculty Staff and Educational Personnel (NIDTEP) and the strategic management from David’s concept. The statistical used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The findings of this research were as follows : 1.The characteristics of professional administrator under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, as a whole and as individual were at a high level. 2.The strategic management of school administrator under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, as a whole and as individual were at a high level. 3.There was a significance relationship between the characteristic of professional administrator and the strategic management of school administrator under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9 at. 01 level of statistical significance.
