การตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) การบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารกับ การบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ สถานศึกษาที่เปิดสอนระดับ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีและจังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 48 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล สถานศึกษาละ 4 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการ 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการหรือผู้รับผิดชอบงานวิชาการ 1 คน และครู 2 คน รวมทั้งหมด 192 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร ตามแนวคิดของกอร์ดอน (Gordon) กับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ตามหลักการของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิม เลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1. การตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ การตัดสินใจหรือเลือกทางเลือก การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ การหาทางเลือก การประเมินผลการตัดสินใจ การประเมินทางเลือก และการกำหนดเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ 2. การบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ การวัดผล ประเมินผล และดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน การแนะแนว การพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในและมาตรฐานการศึกษา การพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา การประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการกับสถานศึกษาและองค์กรอื่น การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิชาการแก่บุคคล ครอบครัว องค์กร หน่วยงาน สถานประกอบการ และสถาบันอื่นที่จัดการศึกษา การนิเทศการศึกษา การพัฒนาและส่งเสริมให้ มีแหล่งเรียนรู้ การส่งเสริมชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการ และการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ในสถานศึกษา 3. การตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 The purposes of this research were to find 1) the decision - making of school administrators in basic education schools 2) academic administration in basic education schools 3) the relationship between the decision - making of school administrators and academic administration in basic education schools. The sample were 48 secondary schools in Kanchanaburi Province and Ratchaburi Province. The four respondents from each school were a school administrator, deputy director of academic affairs or representative and two teachers, with the total number of 192. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning decision - making of school administrator, based on the Gordon’ s concept and academic administration in Basic Education Schools set by Ministry of Education. The statistics were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product - moment correlation coefficient. The results of this research were as follows: 1. The decision - making of school administrators in Basic Education Schools, collectively and individually, were at a high level. Ranking by arithmetic mean from the highest to the lowest were make the decision, analyze the situation, search for alternatives, evaluate the decision, evaluate alternatives, and set objectives. 2. Academic administration in Basic Education Schools, collectively and individually, were at a high level. Ranking by arithmetic mean from the highest to the lowest were the measurement, evaluation and transfer of learning credits, educational guidance, the development of school internal quality assurance system, school curriculum development, cooperation of academic development with other schools respectively, learning process development, the development of innovation media and educational technology, academic promotion and support for persons, families, organizations, work units and other institutions, educational supervision, learning resource development, academic promotion for the community, and researches for educational quality development. 3. The relationship between the decision - making of school administrators and academic administration in Basic Education Schools, collectively and individually, were found at 0.01 level of statistical significant.
