ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดในภาคตะวันตก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดในภาคตะวันตก 2. คุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดในภาคตะวันตก และ 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดในภาคตะวันตก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ โรงเรียนมาตรฐาน สากล สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดในภาคตะวันตก จำนวน 30 โรงเรียนผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้โรงเรียนละ 2 คน คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 1 คน และหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระจำนวน 1 คน รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ตามแนวคิดของดูบริน (DuBrin) และคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดในภาคตะวันตก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(standard deviation) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดในภาคตะวันตก โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ระดับมาก 2) คุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดในภาคตะวันตก โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ระดับมาก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดในภาคตะวันตก โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 The purposes of this research were to find 1.the strategic leadership of basis education school administrators under the provincial education office in the west region 2.the quality of student in world-class standard school under the provincial education office in the west region part 3. The relationship between strategic leadership and the quality of student in world-class standard school under the provincial education office in the west region. The sample used in this research was 30 world-class standard schools under the provincial education office in the west region. The respondent consisted of school administrators and Head teacher of Department, totally 60 persons. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning strategic leadership based on Andrew J. DuBrin and the quality of student in world-class standard school base on Office of the Basic Education Commission. The statistical used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The findings of the research were as follow: 1) The strategic leadership of basis education school administrators under the provincial education office in the west region , as a whole and as an individual, was found at a high level. 2) The quality of student in world-class standard school under the provincial education office in the west region part, as a whole, was found at a high level. 3) There was a relationship between strategic leadership and the quality of student in world-class standard secondary school under the provincial education office in the west region at 0.1 level of significance.
