แรงจูงใจของครูกับคุณภาพผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) แรงจูงใจของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 2) คุณภาพผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจของครูกับคุณภาพผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 61 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 4 คน ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนหรือหัวหน้างานวิชาการ หัวหน้างานประกันคุณภาพสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน รวม 224 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับแรงจูงใจของครูตามแนวคิดของบาร์นาร์ดและคุณภาพผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนตามแนวทางการประเมินคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า 1. แรงจูงใจของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปน้อย ได้ดังนี้ ผลประโยชน์ทางอุดมคติ โอกาสที่จะมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานอย่างกว้างขวาง สิ่งจูงใจเกี่ยวกับสภาพการทำงานโดยปรับสภาพการทำงานให้เหมาะสมกับความสามารถของบุคคลและทัศนคติของผู้ปฏิบัติงานแต่ละคน ความดึงดูดใจทางสังคม หน่วยงาน สภาพการอยู่ร่วมกัน สิ่งจูงใจที่เป็นวัตถุ สภาพทางกายภาพ ที่พึงปรารถนา และสิ่งจูงใจที่เกี่ยวกับโอกาสของบุคคล 2. คุณภาพผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปน้อย ได้ดังนี้ ผู้เรียนมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ ผู้เรียนมีสุขภาวะที่ดีและมีสุนทรียภาพ ผู้เรียนมีความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นตามหลักสูตร ผู้เรียนมีทักษะในการทำงาน รักการทำงาน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ และมีเจตคติที่ดีต่ออาชีพสุจริต ผู้เรียนมีทักษะในการแสวงหาความรู้ด้วยตนเอง รักการเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง และผู้เรียนมีความสามารถในการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ คิดสร้างสรรค์ ตัดสินใจแก้ปัญหาได้อย่างมีสติสมเหตุสมผล 3. แรงจูงใจของครูกับคุณภาพผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 โดยมีค่าความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกหรือมีความสัมพันธ์กันในลักษณะที่คล้อยตามกัน

The purposes of this research were to determine : 1) teacher’s motivation in the school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, 2) student’s quality in the school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9 and 3) the relationships between teacher’s motivation and student’s quality in the school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9. The research population were 61 schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9. The four respondents of each school consisted of a school director, a deputy school director or academic affairs administration head, leader of Quality Assurance and a teacher, the total of 224. The research instrument was a questionnaire regarding the teacher’s motivation based on Barnard’s concept and the student’s quality based on Office of the Basic Education Commission. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product – moment correlation coefficient. The results of the research were as follow : 1. Teacher’s motivation in the school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, collectively and individually, was found at a high level, ranking from the highest mean to the lowest mean as follow : ideal benefactions, opportunity of enlarged participation, adaptation of habitual methods and attitudes, association attractiveness, the condition of community, material inducements, desirable physical conditions and personal non-material opportunities. 2. Student’s quality in the school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, collectively and individually, was found at a high level, ranking from the highest mean to the lowest mean as follow : students have moral, ethics and desirable values, students have good health and aesthetics, students have the knowledge and skills required by the curriculum, students have the skills to work, love to work, ability to work with others and have good attitude towards working, students have the skills to seek knowledge, love to learn, develop continuously, students have systematic thinking ability, creative thinking and reasonable problem solving. 3. The was a relationship between teacher’s motivation and student’s quality in the school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9 at .01 level of statistical significance.
