สภาพและความต้องการการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐมเขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 3) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 โดยจำแนกตามตัวแปร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 310 คน ที่ได้มาจากการทำแบบสอบถามถึงสภาพและความต้องการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน และผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 จำนวน 5 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1)แบบสอบถาม 2)แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1 สภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชายด้านอายุพบว่าอายุเฉลี่ย 30-40 ปีมากที่สุด ด้านภาระงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายนอกเหนือจากงานสอน เป็นผู้ที่ปฏิบัติงานวิชาการมากที่สุด และรองลงมาคือ งานธุรการ มีความถี่ในการใช้งานในช่วงเวลา 18.00-22.00 น. มากที่สุด ใน 1 สัปดาห์ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และอินเทอร์เน็ต ช่วงมากกว่า 7 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษา จะใช้ในด้านเพื่อติดตามข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ฯระดับมากที่สุด ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาในด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร เพื่อการติดต่อสื่อสารในการส่งงานกับเขตพื้นที่ฯ ระดับมากที่สุด และรองลงมาตามลำดับได้แก่ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข่าวสารระหว่างเพื่อนร่วมงาน เพื่อการนัดหมายในการอบรม ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ ที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาในด้านการสืบค้นในการจัดการเรียนการสอน เพื่อค้นคว้าเกี่ยวกับสื่อการเรียนการสอนรูปแบบใหม่ ระดับมากที่สุด และรองลงมาตามลำดับได้แก่ เพื่อค้นคว้ารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนใหม่ๆ 2. พฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 โดยรวมพบว่าพฤติกรรมผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามสามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Microsoft Word มากที่สุด ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการติดต่อสื่อสารในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างเพื่อนครูด้วยกัน และ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามนำโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการติดต่อสื่อสารเข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนการสอน (Line ,Messenger ,facebook) 3. ความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1โดยรวมพบว่า ความต้องการของครูตอบในหัวข้อ มีการติดต่อสื่อสารผ่านโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเพื่อเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างเพื่อนครู มากที่สุด และรองลงมาตามลำดับคือ มีการติดต่อสื่อสารผ่านโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการเรียนการสอนระหว่างครูกับ และมีการใช้ช่องทางติดต่อสื่อสารกับผู้บริหาร นักเรียน โดยผ่านระบบเครือข่าย ส่วนหัวข้อที่ใช้น้อยที่สุด คือ ความพอเพียงของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ในแต่ละโรงเรียน The purposes of this research were: 1) To study of current using information and communication technology to teach of teacher primary education in Nakhonpathom primary education service area office 1 2) To study behavior in using information and communication technology to teach of teacher primary education in Nakhonpathom primary education service area office 1 3) To study needs in using information and communication technology to teach of teacher primary education in Nakhonpathom primary education service area office 1 The sample groups of this study were 310 government teachers for doing the gathering the information about condition and need in using information and communication technology to teaching of teacher primary education in Nakhonpathom primary education service area office 1 and 5 School administrators for gathering the information about condition and need in using information and communication technology to teaching of teacher primary education in Nakhonpathom primary education service area office The tools for collected the data were 1) the questionnaire 2) The interview question for school administrator and 3) The interview question for Statistic and communication. Analyzed the statistics of percentage (x) and mean (S.D.) The results were concluded as follows: 1. The conditions of the respondents, there were more female respondents than male respondents. Most of the respondents were between 30 – 40 years old. The duty’s respondents beyond teaching were assigned to be a academic service the most and administrative. Most of respondents used information and communication technology during 18.00 – 22.00. In a week, the respondents used computer and internet more than 7 times. The purpose to use the information and communication technology of the respondents for following the information, the information from the educational service area was followed the most. The purpose to use the information and communication technology of the respondents for communication, Most of respondents had communicated with their Educational service Area and exchanged the information between their colleagues. The purpose to use the information and communication technology of the respondents for searching the instructional practices, the most of respondents searched about instructional media and second topic was new teaching method. 2. The overall behavior in using information and communication technology to teach of teacher primary education in Nakhonpathom primary education service area office 1 were found, the most of respondents were able to use Microsoft word. And the secondary program they used was communication program for exchanging between their colleagues. And applied the communication program to their teaching (the program they used were Line, Messenger, Facebook) 3) The overall needs in using information and communication technology to teach of teacher primary education in Nakhonpathom primary education service area office 1, the topic that respondents chose the most was the need in using the program for exchanging knowledge with their colleagues. Secondary was the need in using the communication program in teaching between teacher and students and next one was the need in communication channel to contact to their school administrator and students form the network. And the topic that few respondents were chosen was the amount of the computers in each school.
