THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIVITIES FOR LEARNER’S DEVELOPMENT BY PROJECT BASED LEARNING TO ENHANCE CAREER SKILLS AND CAREER ATTITUDES FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the fundamental data and needs for the development of learner development activities to enhance the career skill and career attitude for high school students. 2) develop learner development activities. 3) implement learner development activities and 4) evaluate and improve learner development activities about career skills, career attitude and the students’ opinion toward the learner development activities. This research was Research and Development using The One-Shot Case Study. The learner development activities were conducted with 30 high school students at Watlaksipipatratuphatum School in the second semester of the academic year 2017 through the Volunteer Sampling. The instruments of this research were 1) The learner development activities 2) The student’s career skills evaluation form 3) The students’ career attitude evaluation form and 4) the student’s opinion toward the activities for learner’s development. The data was analyze by percentage, mean, standard deviation and Content Analysis.

The research results were: 1.The studying of fundamental information found that the students and participants need to study about coconut which is considered the local products of BAN PAWEO to create a career and income for the students. By learn from local learning resources, Local knowledge participate in learning. 2.The results of developing the learner development activities found that the learner development activities consisted of 1) principles 2) goals 3) guidelines of activity 4) patterns of activity 5) description of learning course 6) objectives 7) framework of activities 8) materials/resources 9) measurement and evaluation and 10) 5 lesson plans of learner development activities 3.The implementation of leaner development activities by project base learning 6 steps; 1) Basically Knowledge 2) Define 3) Plan 4) Do 5) Presentation and Discussion and 6) Evaluation. The students had interest and intended in their career project and 4.The evaluation and improvement of the learner development activities found that 1) Career skills were at a good level. 2) Career attitudes were at a good level and 3) The student’s opinion towards the learner development activities were at the highest level. They thought that to improve the activity that encourage self-study.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานและความต้องการในการพัฒนากิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ และคุณลักษณะในการประกอบอาชีพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา 2) เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน 3) เพื่อทดลองใช้กิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน และ 4) เพื่อประเมินผลและปรับปรุงกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน เกี่ยวกับ ทักษะอาชีพ คุณลักษณะในการประกอบอาชีพ และความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) ใช้แบบแผนการวิจัยแบบ The One-Shot Case Study โดยทดลองกับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนวัดหลักสี่พิพัฒน์ราษฎร์อุปถัมภ์ จำนวน 30 คน จากการอาสาสมัคร ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) กิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน 2) แบบประเมินทักษะอาชีพ 3) แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะในการประกอบอาชีพ และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ของนักเรียนและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ต้องการให้การจัดการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับมะพร้าว ของดีประจำอำเภอบ้านแพ้ว มาสร้างอาชีพและสร้างรายได้ให้กับนักเรียน โดยมีการศึกษาจากแหล่งเรียนรู้ในท้องถิ่น มีการนำผู้รู้ท้องถิ่น ปราชญ์ชาวบ้านมามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้วยกระบวนการกลุ่ม การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน การอภิปราย โดยมีครู นักเรียน เพื่อนนักเรียน และปราชญ์ชาวบ้านเป็นผู้วัดและประเมินผล 2. ผลการพัฒนากิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน เรื่อง ของดีบ้านแพ้ว ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) เป้าหมาย 3) แนวการจัดกิจกรรม 4) รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรม 5) คำอธิบายรายวิชา 6) จุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ 7) โครงสร้างการจัดกิจกรรม 8) สื่อ 9) การวัดและประเมินผล และ 10) แผนการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน จำนวน 5 แผน แต่ละแผนจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยโครงงาน เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ และคุณลักษณะในการประกอบอาชีพ 3. ผลการทดลองจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน เรื่อง ของดีบ้านแพ้ว จัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยโครงงาน 6 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ให้ความรู้พื้นฐาน 2) เลือกหัวข้อที่สนใจ 3) วางแผน 4) ลงมือปฏิบัติ 5) นำเสนอและอภิปราย และ 6) การวัดและประเมินผล พบว่า นักเรียนสนใจ และตั้งใจในการสร้างสรรค์เป็นผลงานโครงงานอาชีพ และ 4. ผลการประเมินและปรับปรุงกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน เรื่อง ของดีบ้านแพ้ว พบว่า 1) นักเรียนมีทักษะอาชีพ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี 2) นักเรียนมีคุณลักษณะในการประกอบอาชีพ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี และ 3) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน เรื่อง ของดีบ้านแพ้ว โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เห็นควรให้มีการปรับปรุงกิจกรรมให้มีการจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนได้ศึกษา ค้นคว้าหาความรู้ด้วยตนเอง
