การพัฒนาเกณฑ์การตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนในสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่มีการจัดการเรียนการสอน แบบมากกว่า 2 ภาษา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิจัยเอกสาร ประยุกต์เทคนิคการวิจัยอนาคต EDFR สำหรับจัดทำแนวทางในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนในสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบมากกว่า 2 ภาษา จากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 17 คน โดยนำผลการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก (EDFR รอบ1) เป็นแนวโน้มนำไปสร้างแบบสอบถาม (EDFR รอบ2) แล้วนำแนวโน้มจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักแต่ละข้อ ที่มีความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมากและมากที่สุด มาสรุปเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาเกณฑ์การตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนในสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบมากกว่า 2 ภาษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เกณฑ์ที่ผู้ปกครองจะใช้ในการตัดสินใจเลือกสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบมากกว่า 2 ภาษา คือ หลักสูตร บุคลากร สภาพแวดล้อม สิ่งสนับสนุน วิธีการสอน กิจกรรม วิธีการจัดการ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษา The purpose of this reseach aims to study about EDFR technique to offer options for making decision in studying in private school which provides more than two languages. In this research we use 17 participants to give information. Interview results from main informants (EDFR round 1) are the tendency for making a questionnaire (EDFR round 2) then the tendency of the main informants in each item which happen to be high and the highest is summarized as an way for criteria development for making decision choosing a language school. As the study, we conclude that the reasons which parents use to make decision for studying in private school which provides more than two languages are curriculum, human resource, environment, facilities, teaching method, activities, management and overall effective result.
