CAUSAL RELATIONSHIP OF FACTORS THAT EFFECTING TOVOCATIONAL SCHOOL OF ADMINISTRATORS POTENTIAL IN CENTRAL REGION

Abstract

This research aimed to study causal factors that affected to administrative potential of private vocatoinal school in central region of Thailand and examine the consistency between the structure model component of administration potential and empirical data. There were 304 samples of this research by Non-probability sampling method with the sample group are teacher over 1 year experience in school, using questionnairs were used to investigate causal factors that affected to administrative potential of private vocational school. This questionaire has been checked for IOC which equal to 0.67-1.00 and check for reliability whic excess 0.98. The statistics were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and use inferential statistics, namely confirmatory factors analysis and struturak equation modeling has been used.

Based on the study of causal factors that affect the administrative potential, it was found that the chi-square values were 66.66 with statiscal significance at the p-value =0.81, the relative chi-square value = 0.85, the index of harmonization index. Relative Relation (CFI) = 1.00 Index of Harmony Index (GFI) = 0.98. The Modified Index (AGFI) = 0.95 and the square root of the mean square error of estimation (RMSEA) =0.000 which passed all criteria when considering the potential of school administration. The end result of the model found that the potential of school administration received the highest total influence from communications followed by work motivation and leadership of the executives respectively.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อศักยภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในกลุ่มภาคกลาง และตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างโมเดลโครงสร้างศักยภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในกลุ่มภาคกลางกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครู-อาจารย์ และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในกลุ่มภาคกลาง จำนวน 304 ตัวอย่าง โดยใช้วิธีการกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบไม่คำนึงถึงความน่าจะเป็น โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ซึ่งเป็นครู อาจารย์ของสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนอาชีวเอกชนในกลุ่มภาคกลางที่มีอายุงานตั้งแต่ 1 ปีขึ้นไป และเคยผ่านการอบรมการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยมีการนำแบบสอบถามไปตรวจสอบค่า IOC ได้ค่าเท่ากับ 0.67-1.00 และตรวจสอบค่าความเชื่อมั่นได้ค่าเกินกว่า 0.98 สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผู้วิจัยใช้สถิติพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติอนุมานได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันและตัวแบบสมการโครงสร้าง (SEM)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อศักยภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในกลุ่มภาคกลาง พบว่าค่าไค-สแควร์ มีค่า 66.66 มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p-value = 0.81ค่าไค-สแควร์สัมพัทธ์ = 0.85 ค่าดัชนีวัดความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนเชิงสัมพัทธ์ (CFI) = 1.00 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) 0.98 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) = 0.95 และค่ารากที่สองของค่าเฉลี่ยความคลาดเคลื่อนกำลังสองของการประมาณ (RMSEA) = 0.000 ซึ่งผ่านเกณฑ์ทุกค่า เมื่อพิจารณาศักยภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นผลลัพธ์สุดท้ายของโมเดล พบว่า ศักยภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษา ได้รับอิทธิพลรวมสูงสุดจาก การติดต่อสื่อสาร รองลงมาคือแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน และภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารตามลำดับ
