นโยบายการจัดการการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมและพลังงานของโรงแรม ในอำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษานโยบายและกระบวนการจัดการการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมและพลังงานของโรงแรมในอำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี เพื่อนำไปสู่แนวทางการจัดการการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมและพลังงานที่เหมาะสมกับโรงแรม ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลโดยสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (In-Depth Interview) กับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักเป็นผู้บริหารจำนวน 18 คน จากโรงแรม 18 แห่ง ในอำเภอชะอำ ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า โรงแรมขนาดเล็กไม่มีแผนและนโยบายในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม โรงแรมขนาดกลาง มี 3 โรงแรม ใน 6 โรงแรมที่มีนโยบายในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม มีนโยบายและแผนในการทำงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมร่วมกับชุมชน องค์กรจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและเทศบาล โรงแรมขนาดใหญ่ ส่วนใหญ่มีนโยบายการจัดการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ควบคู่ไปกับนโยบายความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม

This study aimed to examine environment and energy conservation policy and process of hotels in Ampur Cha-am, Petchaburi Province in order to set an appropriate management guideline in environment and energy conservation. The data was collected using in-depth interview of 18 hotel managers in Cha-am It was found that small sized hotels did not have policy and planning in preserving environment. Three out of six medium sized hotels initiated environment policy and plan that involved local community, private environmental organization and local government. Most of the large sized hotels definitely put the environment policy as priority together with the corporate social responsible policy.
