THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY FOR THAI TEACHERS OF MATHAYOMSUKSA 3 TO DEVELOP CRITICAL READING ABILITY USING ONLINE TEXTS WITH KWLH-PLUS TECHNIQUE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the teacher knowledge development about the professional learning community and KWLH-Plus technique. 2) to study the teaching management ability of teacher about the critical reading with KWLH-Plus technique. 3) to study the student’s critical reading achievement using online texts with KWLH-Plus technique were passed the specified criterion is 75 percent. 4) to study the opinion of teachers toward the development of the professional learning community with KWLH-Plus technique.

The research instruments used were: 1) The teacher knowledge test about the development of teacher knowledge about the professional learning community and KWLH-Plus technique. 2) The teaching observation form 3) The knowledge sharing interview form. 4) the critical reading ability with KWLH-Plus technique lesson plans. 5) The critical reading ability test. 6) a questionnaire used to survey the teacher’s opinion on the development of teacher knowledge about the professional learning community and KWLH-Plus technique. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, relative gain score and t-test one sample test.

The results of this research were as follows:

1. The teacher knowledge development about the professional learning community and KWLH-Plus technique were higher than in pre-test with the relative gain score at 100 percent and 86.67 percent at the high level.

2. The teaching management ability by using the critical reading with KWLH-Plus technique were at a good level.

3. The student’s critical reading achievement with KWLH-Plus technique of students was 80.86 percent that was higher than the specified criterion is 75 percent.

4. The teachers’ opinion toward the development of teacher knowledge about the professional learning community and KWLH-Plus technique were at the highest agreement level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการความรู้ครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับการสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ ทางวิชาชีพและเทคนิคการสอนแบบ KWLH-Plus ก่อนและหลังการสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูด้านการอ่านอย่างมีวิจารณญาณจากสื่อออนไลน์โดยใช้เทคนิคการสอนแบบ KWLH-Plus 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางด้านการอ่านอย่างมีวิจารณญาณจากสื่อออนไลน์ของนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคนิคการสอนแบบ KWLH-Plus ตามเกณฑ์ 75% 4) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อการสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้และการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิคการสอนแบบ KWLH-Plus

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบวัดความรู้ของครูเกี่ยวกับการสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพและเทคนิคการสอนแบบ KWLH-Plus 2) แบบสังเกตการสอนของครูผู้สอนในการปฏิบัติการสอนโดยใช้กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยวิธีการสอนอ่านแบบ KWLH-Plus 3) แบบสัมภาษณ์ครูผู้สอนด้านการสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพและกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยวิธีการสอนอ่านแบบ KWLH-Plus 4) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาภาษาไทย เรื่อง การอ่าน อย่างมีวิจารณญาณโดยใช้เทคนิคการสอนแบบ KWLH-Plus 5) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ด้านการอ่านอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ 6) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของครูภาษาไทยที่มีต่อการสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้และการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิคการสอนแบบ KWLH-Plus วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และคะแนนพัฒนาการสัมพัทธ์ และการทดสอบค่า t-test one sample test

ผลการวิจัย

1. ครูผู้สอนมีพัฒนาการความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพและเทคนิคการสอนแบบ KWLH-Plus สูงกว่าก่อนการสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ มีคะแนนร้อยละพัฒนาการสัมพัทธ์เท่ากับ 100 และ 86.67 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก

2. ครูผู้สอนมีความสามารถด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนด้านการอ่านอย่างมีวิจารณญาณโดยใช้เทคนิคการสอน แบบ KWLH-Plus จากครูทั้ง 3 คน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก

3. นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางด้านการอ่านอย่างมีวิจารณญาณโดยใช้เทคนิคการสอนแบบ KWLH-Plus มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียนเท่ากับ 32.34 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80.86 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้คือ 75% ที่ตั้งไว้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

4. ครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้และการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิคการสอนแบบ KWLH-Plus โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด
