การวิเคราะห์ที่ตั้งและความได้เปรียบเชิงเปรียบเทียบของอุตสาหกรรมอาหารทะเลแปรรูปในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความได้เปรียบเชิงเปรียบเทียบของอุตสาหกรรมอาหารทะเลแปรรูปในประเทศไทย ค่าความสำคัญทางที่ตั้ง รูปแบบทางที่ตั้งและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อที่ตั้งของอุตสาหกรรมอาหารทะเลแปรรูปในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้มาจากกรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมปี พ.ศ. 2557 โดยเทคนิคและวิธีการที่นำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ดัชนีวัดความได้เปรียบเชิงเปรียบเทียบ (Revealed Comparative Advantage) ค่าความสำคัญทางที่ตั้ง (Location Quotient) และดัชนีวัดการกระจุกตัว (Index of Concentration) ข้อมูลปฐมภูมิที่ได้จากผู้ประกอบการจะใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดต่อรูปแบบที่ตั้งโดยวิธีการกำหนดค่าเป็นแต้มคะแนน (Point Score) ผลการศึกษาความได้เปรียบเชิงเปรียบเทียบของอุตสาหกรรมอาหารทะเลแปรรูปในประเทศไทย พบว่า ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2547 – 2557 ค่าดัชนีความได้เปรียบเชิงเปรียบเทียบของประเทศไทยมีค่าลดลง แต่ยังคงมีความได้เปรียบในการส่งออกอาหารทะเลแปรรูปในตลาดโลก และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความได้เปรียบเชิงเปรียบของประเทศไทยกับกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน พบว่า ประเทศไทยมีความได้เปรียบเชิงเปรียบเทียบเป็นอันดับ 3 รองจากประเทศเวียดนามและประเทศอินโดนีเซียในปี พ.ศ. 2557 ผลการศึกษาค่าความสำคัญทางที่ตั้งของอุตสาหกรรมอาหารทะเลแปรรูปในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร พบว่า จังหวัดสมุทรสาครมีค่าความสำคัญทางที่ตั้งในระดับปานกลาง (LQ = 5.6502) และรูปแบบที่ตั้งของอุตสาหกรรมอาหารทะเลแปรรูปมีการกระจุกตัวอยู่ในตำบลท่าทรายและตำบลนาดี โดยกระจุกตัวตามแนวเส้นทางคมนาคมสายสำคัญ และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อที่ตั้งมากที่สุดได้แก่ ปัจจัยวัตถุดิบ ปัจจัยทุน ปัจจัยตลาด ปัจจัยแรงงาน และปัจจัยที่ดิน / สถานประกอบการ ตาม ลำดับ

The purposes of this research were to study the comparative advantage of seafood industry in Thailand, Location Quotient, the spatial pattern and the factors influenced the spatial pattern of seafood industry in Samut Sakhon province.The secondary data used in this research were obtained from Department of Industrial Works in 2014. The techniques and methods for the analysis were Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Location Quotient (LQ) and Index of Concentration. The primary data obtained from entrepreneurs were used to analyze the most influenced factors to the location pattern of seafood industry in Samut Sakhon province by point score method. The result of the comparative advantage of seafood industry in Thailand found that during the year 2004 – 2014 the Index of Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) in Thailand was decreased but still has the comparative advantage in market world. When compare to the ASEAN countries, the comparative advantage of Thailand were ranked third after Vietnam and Indonesia in 2014. The result of the location quotient (LQ) and spatial pattern of seafood industry in Samut Sakhon province found that Samut Sakhon province has the location quotient (LQ) in medium level (LQ = 5.6502) and the location pattern of seafood industry was concentrated in Tambon Tha Sai and Tambon Na di along the main road. The most influenced factors to the location were raw material factor, capital factor, market factor, labor factor and land / entrepreneur factor, respectively.
