การพัฒนาแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ โดยใช้กิจกรรมอ่านแบบเน้นภาระงาน เรื่อง ข้อมูลท้องถิ่นจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ 2. พัฒนาแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ 3. ทดลองใช้แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ โดยใช้กิจกรรมการอ่านแบบเน้นภาระงาน เพื่อประเมินทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ เรื่อง ข้อมูลท้องถิ่นจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ด้านความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน และศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/1 โรงเรียนเทพมงคลรังษี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 30 คน ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 ใช้เวลา 12 ชั่วโมง แบบแผนการวิจัย One Group Pretest-Posttest Design เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1.แบบสอบถามความต้องการแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ 2.แบบสัมภาษณ์ 3.แบบทดสอบทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ก่อนเรียน-หลังเรียน 4. แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ 5. แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 6.แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ ด้านความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน 7. แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย (x ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ค่าสถิติ t- test แบบ Dependent และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. นักเรียนและครูต้องการให้แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับ ลักษณะทั่วไป เทศกาลและประเพณี บุคคลสำคัญ อาหารพื้นเมืองในท้องถิ่น และแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญของจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยมีรูปแบบที่ใช้ภาษาที่ง่ายต่อการเข้าใจ มีกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย มีการเรียงเนื้อหาจากง่ายไปยาก และสืบค้นข้อมูลจากอินเทอร์เน็ต 2. แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ประกอบด้วย ชื่อแบบฝึก คำนำ คำชี้แจงการใช้แบบฝึก สารบัญ มาตรฐาน ตัวชี้วัด จุดประสงค์ แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบฝึกทักษะ แบบทดสอบหลังเรียน และ เฉลยแบบฝึกหัด มีทั้งหมด 5 เล่ม ได้แก่ (1) Getting to know general information (2) Getting to know great times (3) Getting to know famous people (4) Getting to know local products (5) Getting to know tourist attractions แบบฝึกมีค่าประสิทธิภาพ 82.33/80.56 3. ผลการทดลองใช้แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ พบว่า นักเรียนมีทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นักเรียนมีคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ด้านความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับดี และนักเรียนความคิดเห็นต่อแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก The purposes of this research were to 1. study the fundamental data to develop the exercises for English reading comprehension skills 2. develop the exercises of English reading comprehension skills 3. implement of the exercises to evaluate of English reading comprehension skills based on Kanchanaburi local information , desired characteristics (Dedication and commitment to work) and study students’ opinion toward the exercises for English reading comprehension exercises. The sample of this research consisted of 30 students of the eighth grade during the second semester of academic year 2015 of Thepmongkhonrangsi school , Kanchanaburi. The duration of the implementation covered 12 hours. The research design was one group pretest-posttest design. The research instruments were the questionnaire needs of exercises, the interview form, the exercises, the lesson plans, the reading comprehension skills pre-posttest , desired characteristics form, and the students’ opinion questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, dependent t-test and content analysis. The results of this research were as follow: 1. The students and teachers would like the exercises that based on general information, special events and festivals , famous people, local food and tourist attractions of Kanchanaburi. The exercises should use simple language , be variety of activities , begin with easy to difficult content, access the internet for information. 2. The exercises were consisted of name, preface, the explanation of using the exercises, tables of content, standards , indicators, objectives, pretest, lesson plans, exercises , posttest and answer keys. The exercises had 5 sets followed (1) Getting to know general information (2) Getting to know great times (3) Getting to know famous people (4) Getting to know local products (5) Getting to know tourist attractions . The efficiency of exercises was 82.33/80.56. 3. The exercise implement found that The English reading comprehension posttest scores were higher than before pretest scores significant at the 0.05 level. The desirable characteristics on the commitment in works feature at a good level. Considering that the students’ opinions toward the exercises was found that the students had positive opinion toward the exercises for English reading comprehension.
