A Model of Participatory Recreational Activities to Enhance the Happiness of Pupils at Junior Demonstration Schools in Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

The study of a model of participatory recreational activities to enhance the happiness of pupils at Junior Demonstration Schools in Nakhon Pathom Province was Research and Development which aimed to 1) study the current situations of participatory recreational activities to enhance the happiness of junior pupils; 2) to develop a model of participatory recreational activities to enhance the happiness of junior pupils, and; 3) to certify the developed model of participatory recreational activities to enhance the happiness of junior pupils in demonstration schools in Nakhon Pathom province. The population in the study was 930 junior pupils from Junior Demonstration Schools in Nakhon Pathom Province. The sample was 291 junior pupils from 3 demonstrations schools. They were 165 pupils from Demonstration School of Silpakorn, 89 pupils from Kasetsart University Laboratory School, and 37 pupils from the Demonstration School of Nakhon Rajabhat University. The developed model was implemented with 36 pupils from Demonstration School of Silpakorn, selected by purposive selection. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics for arithmetic mean and standard deviation.

The findings showed that: (1) The situations of participatory recreational activities to enhance the happiness of junior pupils in demonstration schools was at a high level. (2) The developed model of the participatory recreational activities to enhance the happiness of the junior pupils in Nakhon Pathom province was composed of 7 elements: 1) D = demand of the demonstration school pupils, 2) O = Objective, 3) K = knowledge, 4) K = keen, 5) A = Activities, 6) E = enjoyment, and 7) W = wise. It was called DOKKAEW Model. (3) The results of implementation and evaluation the developed model showed that it was at a high level.

การศึกษารูปแบบกิจกรรมนันทนาการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อเสริมสร้างและพัฒนาด้านความสุขของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโรงเรียนสาธิต ในจังหวัดนครปฐม เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพกิจกรรมนันทนาการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสุขของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนสาธิต ในจังหวัดนครปฐม 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบกิจกรรมนันทนาการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสุขของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโรงเรียนสาธิต ในจังหวัดนครปฐม และ 3) เพื่อทดลองใช้และประเมิน ปรับปรุงรูปแบบกิจกรรมนันทนาการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสุขของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโรงเรียนสาธิต ในจังหวัดนครปฐม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนสาธิต ในจังหวัดนครปฐม รวม 3 โรงเรียน จำนวน 930 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโรงเรียนสาธิต ในจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 291 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยการเปิดตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน เป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นจากโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จำนวน 165 คน โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ จำนวน 89 คน และโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐม จำนวน 37 คน ทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มทดลองที่เป็นเด็กนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิต มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จำนวน 36 คน เลือกตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้เวลาในการทดลอง 8 สัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน หาค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพกิจกรรมนันทนาการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสุขของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาโรงเรียนสาธิต ในจังหวัดนครปฐม อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) รูปแบบกิจกรรมนันทนาการแบบ มีส่วนร่วม เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสุขของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิต ในจังหวัดนครปฐม ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบคือ 1) ความต้องการกิจกรรมนันทนาการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิต (D: Demonstration Demand) 2) วัตถุประสงค์ของกิจกรรมที่ชัดเจน (O: Objective) 3) ความรู้จากกิจกรรม (K: Knowledge) 4) ความเชี่ยวชาญในการทำกิจกรรม (K: Keen) 5) กิจกรรมที่นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วม (A: Activity) 6) มีความสนุกสนาน (E: Enjoyment) และ 7) ความรอบรู้ (W: Wise) และ (3) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบกิจกรรมนันทนาการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสุขของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนสาธิตในจังหวัดนครปฐมอยู่ในระดับมาก
