A model of sports tourism for urban family to improve quality of life in Zhumadian City

Abstract

The Research was aimed to 1) To study the current situation of sport tourism for urban family to improve quality of life in Zhumadian City. 2)To Development a model of sports tourism for urban family to improve quality of life in Zhumadian City. 3) To evaluate a model of sports tourism for urban family to improve quality of life in Zhumadian City. This research used a research and development process with mixed research methods. The sample group consisted of a questionnaire survey of 400 residents, interviews with 30 residents, and key informants were a total of 9 managers in focus group discussions. Quantitative data were analyzed using frequency and percentage, and Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis.

The results of the study found that(1) Cognition involves multiple aspects of sport, health and advocacy; motivation promotes resident participation and enriches the experience. Consumer preferences meet consumer needs and enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Families need to be flexible in planning their schedules and travel modes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. On the consumer side, reasonable budgeting and value for money are key. Satisfaction covers services, facilities and management (2) Development of a sports tourism model for urban familiy to improve quality of life. consisting of: Cognition, Motivation, Preference, Time, Travel Mode, Consumption, and Satisfaction. (3) Evaluation of the model of sports tourism for urban families to improve quality of life in Zhumadian. According to the results of Connoisseurship, the experts and scholars considered the Zhumadian urban family sports tourism model as feasible.
