รูปแบบการจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน

Abstract

พยาบาลศาสตร์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน 2)รูปแบบการจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน และ 3) ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบและรูปแบบของการจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างและเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1)กลุ่มคณบดีและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 7 คน ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง 2) กลุ่มผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย คณบดีคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ กลุ่มอาจารย์ จำนวน 361 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น และ3) กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการยืนยันรูปแบบ จำนวน 7 คนใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้การหาค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบของการจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การมีวิสัยทัศน์เกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา 2) การจัดองค์การและนโยบายเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา 3) การจัดการความรู้เกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา 4) การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา และ 5) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร 2. รูปแบบการจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนเป็นพหุองค์ประกอบที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันโดยการมีวิสัยทัศน์เกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา การจัดองค์การและนโยบายเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา และภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ล้วนมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อการจัดการความรู้เกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา นอกจากนี้การมีวิสัยทัศน์เกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญายังมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อการจัดการความรู้เกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาผ่านการจัดองค์กรและนโยบายเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและการการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา 3. องค์ประกอบและรูปแบบของการจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนมีความเหมาะสม มีความเป็นไปได้ เป็นประโยชน์ และมีความถูกต้องครอบคลุม สอดคล้องกับทฤษฎี หลักการ และแนวคิดตามกรอบของการวิจัย The purposes of this study were; 1) to identify the components of intellectual property management of faculty of nursing in private higher education, 2) to propose the intellectual property management model of faculty of nursing in private higher education and 3) to verify the components and the intellectual property management model of faculty of nursing in private higher education. The samples and instruments used in the research included: 1) 7 specialist by semi-structured interviews; 2) 361 administrators, Dean of nursing faculty, staffs of nursing faculty, and supporting staffs by using opinionnaires; and 7 specialist by semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistic of arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and the inferential exploratory factor analysis and path analysis. Qualitative data were analyzed by frequency, percentage and content analysis. The findings of this research were as follows: 1. The components of intellectual property management of faculty of nursing in private higher education include shared vision of intellectual property, organization and policy of intellectual property, knowledge management of intellectual property, human resource development of intellectual property, and leadership 2. The intellectual property management model of faculty of nursing in private higher education that consisted of multi-variables. It showed that components of shared vision of intellectual property, organization and policy of intellectual property, human resource development of intellectual property, and leadership had direct effected to knowledge management of intellectual property. In addition, shared vision of intellectual property had direct effected to knowledge management of intellectual property through organization and policy of intellectual property and human resource development of intellectual property. 3. The components and the intellectual property management model of faculty of nursing in private higher education were found propriety, feasibility, utility and accuracy with the theory, principles and concept of the research.
