ETHICAL LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATOR AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE IN THE SCHOOL UNDER NAKHON PATHOM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) ethical leadership of school administrators under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) organizational climate in the school under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 3) the relationship between ethical leadership of administrators and organizational organizational climate in the school under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 The sample consisted of 92 schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office with 2 respondents per school : a school director and a teacher, totaling 184. The instrument was a questionnaire about ethical leadership of administrators and organizational climate in the school. The statistics were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.

The results of this research were as follow:

1. The ethical leadership of administrators under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level in overall and each aspect and ordered from the highest to lowest arithmetic mean as follows 1) Builds Community 2) Manifests Honesty 3) Shows Justice 4) Serves Others and 5) Respects Others

2. Organizational climate in the school under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level in overall and each aspect and ordered from the highest to lowest arithmetic mean as follows 1) Standards 2) Support 3) Commitment 4) Responsibility 5) Structure and 6) Recognition

3. Ethical leadership of administrators and organizational climate in the school under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 showed a correlation with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 2) บรรยากาศองค์การในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารกับบรรยากาศองค์การในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการ วิจัย คือ สถานศึกษาในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 จำนวน 92 แห่ง ผู้ให้ ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 2 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนหรือรักษาการในตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการ จำนวน 1 คน ครู จำนวน 1 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 184 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทฤษฎีของ นอร์ทเฮ้าส์ และบรรยากาศองค์การในสถานศึกษาตามทฤษฎีของสตริงเกอร์ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ ดังนี้ 1) การสร้างความร่วมมือในกลุ่ม 2) การแสดงถึงความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต 3) การแสดงถึงความยุติธรรม 4) การบริการคนอื่น และ 5) การเคารพผู้อื่น

2. บรรยากาศองค์การในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน 2) ด้านการสนับสนุน 3) ด้านมิติด้านความผูกพันต่อองค์กร 4) ด้านความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน 5) ด้านโครงสร้างองค์การ และ 6) ด้านการยอมรับ

3. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริธรรมของผู้บริหารกับบรรยากาศองค์การในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐมเขต 2 มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
