Development of web portal for Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) and treatments

Abstract

This study aimed to design and develop a web portal based on the principles of Interactive Information System Design and Human-Centered Design. The quality of the web portal was evaluated by three experts, and usability testing was conducted with a group of users. The expert evaluation results showed that the overall quality of the portal was at a very good level (mean = 4.42–4.56, S.D. = 0.55). The accuracy and reliability of the information received the highest score at a very good level (mean = 5.00, S.D. = 0.00). The results of the user satisfaction assessment indicated an extremely high level of satisfaction (mean = 4.85, S.D. = 0.39). All participants agreed that the web portal was well-designed, easy to use, and useful for finding information about Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and its treatment. In conclusion, the developed COVID-19 information and treatment web portal is of high quality and effectively meets user needs. It provides healthcare professionals and researchers with quick, reliable, and convenient access to information. Furthermore, it can be used as a model for developing other health information web portals in the future.

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บท่าสำหรับข้อมูลเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) และการรักษา รวมทั้งประเมินคุณภาพและความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อเว็บท่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยแพทย์ เภสัชกร และอาจารย์/นักวิจัย จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินคุณภาพของเว็บท่า และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน ขั้นตอนการวิจัยประกอบด้วย การสำรวจความต้องการข้อมูลและฟังก์ชันของเว็บท่า การรวบรวม คัดเลือก และประเมินแหล่งข้อมูลจากเว็บไซต์ โดยมีเว็บไซต์ผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด จำนวน 63 เว็บไซต์ (ร้อยละ 22.50) การออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บท่าตามหลักการ Interactive Information System Design และ Human-Centered Design การตรวจสอบคุณภาพเว็บท่าโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน และการทดลองใช้งานจริงกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผลการประเมินคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่า เว็บท่ามีคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ “ดีมาก” (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.42–4.56, S.D. 0.55) โดยด้านความถูกต้องและความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลได้คะแนนอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 5.00, S.D. 0.00) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานพบว่า อยู่ในระดับ “มากที่สุด” (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.85, S.D. 0.39) โดยทุกกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่าเว็บท่ามีการออกแบบที่เหมาะสม ใช้งานง่าย และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการค้นหาข้อมูลด้านเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) และการรักษา สรุปได้ว่าเว็บท่าสำหรับข้อมูลเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) และการรักษาที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีคุณภาพและสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ช่วยให้บุคลากรทางการแพทย์และนักวิจัยเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว และมีความน่าเชื่อถือ อีกทั้งยังสามารถใช้เป็นต้นแบบในการพัฒนาเว็บท่าด้านข้อมูลสุขภาพอื่น ๆ ในอนาคตได้
