| Abstract: | This study aimed to find the influence of Confucianism on higher education management by applying the Ethnographic Future Research Technique. Purposive sampling was used to select a jury of 17 experts with insight into the influence of Confucianism on higher education management. The research instrument for collecting data was the unstructured interview. Based on the results of the expert interviews, the study summarized the dimensions on the influence of Confucianism on higher education management.
The influence of Confucianism on higher education management consisted of 7 dimensions and 41 items including 1) The philosophy of higher education management 2) The curriculum and instructional management 3) The students cultivation system 4) Human resource management 5) Academic management 6) The management of campus culture 7) The contemporary functions of Confucian management thought. - |
