การศึกษาคุณสมบัติการแปรรูปจากต้นกล้วยเพื่อนำมาออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกต่างภายในบ้าน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณสมบัติการแปรรูปใยกล้วย เพื่อนำมาออกแบบ ฉากกั้น (Partition) สำหรับตกแต่งที่พักอาศัยขนาดเล็ก โดยศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากเอกสารวิชาการ และเว็บไซต์ต่างๆเพื่อเป็นแนวทางรวมถึงลงพื้นที่เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามและทำการทดลองวัสดุ เพื่อ วิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติและแนวทางการขึ้นรูปของใยกล้วยเพื่อนำมาออกแบบฉากกั้น (Partition) โดยมี การตรวจสอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการตรวจแบบ 3 ท่าน โดยตรวจสอบและแนะนำทั้ง 2 แนวทาง ได้แก่ การพับเก็บ และแบบโมดูลาร์ เพื่อนำวิธีการและรูปแบบมาใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับการ ผลิตเป็นฉากกั้นสำหรับตกแต่งที่พักอาศัย โดยแบบที่คะแนนสรุปจากการตรวจสอบมากที่สุด คือ รูปแบบโมดูลาร์ เนื่องจากเป็นวิธีการที่น่าสนใจ ในด้านของการใช้งาน เพราะสามารถถอดเก็บและ ปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามพื้นที่และการใช้งาน จากนั้นได้สำรวจความพึงพอใจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 100 คน ที่มี ต่อผลิตภัณฑ์พบว่ามีระดับความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ ดี ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.30 (S.D. = 0.6572914) โดยหัวข้อด้านประโยชน์ใช้สอยมีความพึงพอใจระดับ ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.375 (S.D. = 0.5545586) ด้านความสวยงามมีความพอใจระดับ ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.08 (S.D. = 0.6658527) ด้านความ ปลอดภัยมีความพึงพอใจระดับ ดีมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.68 (S.D. = 0.4900295) ด้านวัสดุและการ ผลิต มีความพึงพอใจระดับ ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.04 (S.D. = 0.840292) และด้านลวดลาย มีความ พึงพอใจระดับ ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.37 (S.D. = 0.744724) The research aims to study property of banana fiber as guidelines for product design (Partition) in small space by research information from academic paper, website, fieldwork and experiment. The accumulated data is evaluated in cooperative with three luminaries and specialists, then applied on developing and fabricating the products, which are 1) Hinge design 2) Modular design and design developed from the highest score. The best score is the second method that assemble by Modular form because it is interesting and suitable form to design partition. Moreover this from could be remove, reinstall and adjust for any space. From the 100 people survey found out the average of satisfaction, the Mean results from overall are in good perspective average mean = 4.30, S.D. = 0.66. By using rating scale questionnaire to evaluate information by percentage, mean ( ), Standard deviation (S.D.), and show by describe. By the utility satisfaction level mean = 4.375, S.D.= 0.55, By the attractiveness satisfaction level mean = 4.08, S.D.= 0.67, By the safety satisfaction level mean = 4.68, S.D. = 0.49, By the material and production satisfaction level mean = 4.04, S.D. = 0.84 and by the pattern design satisfaction level mean = 4.37, S.D. = 0.74. In addition, the satisfaction level in good. The researcher has been contemplating the design on function, reducing storage space, resizing ability and natural material selection in consideration of environmental friendly issue.
