โครงการวิจัยและพัฒนาการออกแบบห้องน้ำสำเร็จรูปสำหรับผู้ที่พักอาศัยภายในคอนโดมิเนียม

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายและวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ถึงความรวดเร็วในการก่อสร้างงานห้องน้ำโดยใช้ระบบผนังสำเร็จรูป 2) เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ถึงขั้นตอนการลดปัญหาการใช้แรงงานในการก่อสร้าง 3) ต้องการออกแบบห้องน้ำที่มีความเหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการลงพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูล และสนทนากลุ่มกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบห้องน้ำสำเร็จรูป รวมถึงผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการก่อสร้างกลุ่มธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ประเภทคอนโดมิเนียม ศึกษาแนวโน้มทางการตลาดโดยการเก็บข้อมูลความต้องการจากกลุ่มผู้บริโภคเป้าหมาย นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวางแนวทางการออกแบบคือ การออกแบบให้เป็นชิ้นส่วนประกอบมาตรฐาน (Modular Design) พร้อมทั้งได้ขึ้นห้องตัวอย่างขนาด 1:1 โดยเปรียบเทียบพื้นที่การใช้งานและทดลองการติดตั้งระหว่างห้องน้ำแบบเดิมกับระบบห้องน้ำสำเร็จรูป จากนั้นประเมินการออกแบบโดยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 2 คน และทำการประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มผู้บริโภคเป้าหมาย 100 คน แล้วนำผลที่ได้ไปสรุปผลทางการออกแบบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบของห้องน้ำสำเร็จรูป แบบที่ 1 หัวข้อที่มีคะแนนสูงสุดคือ มีประโยชน์ใช้สอยที่เหมาะสม ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.73 (S.D=1.06) รูปแบบของห้องน้ำสำเร็จรูป แบบที่ 2 หัวข้อที่มีคะแนนสูงสุดคือ มีความมีความสวยงามลงตัวเหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.3 (S.D=0.70) ซึ่งผู้วิจัยนำผลที่ได้มาพัฒนาต่อเป็นงานออกแบบห้องน้ำที่มีความแปลกใหม่ต่างจากท้องตลาดมากขึ้น โดยใช้แนวทางในการออกแบบคือการผสมผสานรูปแบบการใช้งาน (Combine Functions) เป็นผลงานการออกแบบขั้นสุดท้ายเป็นการต่อยอดจากรูปแบบที่ได้รับเลือก เพื่อแสดงถึงความสามารถในการดัดแปลงผสมผสานเทคนิคเชิงอุตสาหกรรม ต่อยอดเป็นงานห้องน้ำสำเร็จรูปในรูปแบบอื่นๆ This thesis focuses on prefabricated bathroom design, aiming to 1) study and analyze the speed and construction duration of bathroom using prefabricated system 2) evaluate the possibility of reducing manpower usage in site construction rationally 3) Design the most suitable and well functioned bathroom The data presented in this thesis are mainly derived from a group of prefabricated bathroom professionals, condominium builders and developers who adopt strong interest, expertise and involvement in field, along with the on-site data collecting and concurrent target consumers and market trend study. According to the research, it comes to the conclusion that the most suitable model, Modular design, is applied. Mock up model is made at a scale of 1:1. The comparison of the utility space and installation testing between traditional and prefabricated systems led to the results, by having 3 experts together with 2 savants commented and evaluated, and using a questionnaire developed for this research project, completed by 100 of target consumers. The results show that the prefabricated bathroom model 1, the topic receiving highest score is “appropriate utility space”, average at 3.73 (S.D=1.06). Model 2, the topic receiving highest score is ‘attractive decoration with appropriate utilization’ average at 4.3 (S.D=0.70). The final results received has been further developed to ‘the Combine Function’, the new design which differentiate itself from those available the market, showing the ability and possibility of combining industrial techniques for further prefabricated bathroom design development.
