Abstract

สถานที่ตั้งเป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งของการขยายตัวของสถานศึกษา สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนศิลป์ก็เช่นกัน ที่ประสบปัญหาในกรณีนี้มาตั้งแต่เริ่มก่อตั้ง แรกเริ่มจัดการเรียนการสอนเฉพาะทางนาฏศิลป์และคีตศิลป์ หลังจากนั้นได้มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนในส่วนของทางช่างศิลป์ มีที่ตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณเดียวกัน จากการขยายตัวของทางสถาบันฯนี้เองทำให้ ทางด้านช่างศิลป์ ได้แยกสถานที่ทำการเรียนการสอนจากที่ตั้งเดิม และนั้นเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการแยกกันทั้ง 3 สาขาวิชา ซึ่งไม่สอดคล้องกับ แนวทางการก่อตั้งสถาบัน ที่เป็นสถานที่ทำการเรียนการสอนทางด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม ของทางนาฏศิลป์ คีตศิลป์และช่างศิลป์ การขยายตัวในปัจจุบันนั้น สาเหตุหลักคือมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนในระดับปริญญาตรีโดยได้มีการเพิ่มหน่วยงานขึ้นมา 4 หน่วยงาน ประกอบไปด้วยสำนักงานอธิการบดี คณะศิลปวิจิตร คณะศิลปนาฏดุริยางค์ และคณะศิลปศึกษา ในการเพิ่มหน่วยงานดังกล่าวทำให้สถานที่ตั้งเดิมเกิดความคับแคบยากต่อการขยายตัว ในการแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าวคงจะไม่ใช่แค่ประเด็นในการวิเคราะห์หาที่ตั้งใหม่เพียงเท่านั้น แต่เมื่อลองศึกษารายละเอียดของโครงการทำให้เกิดประเด็นในการศึกษาเพิ่มเติมที่ ในการย้ายไปที่ตั้งใหม่นั้นมีการจัดวางพื้นที่ใช้สอยร่วมกันอย่างไร รวมถึงการศึกษาพื้นที่ใช้สอยของห้องปฏิบัติการทางด้านนาฏศิลป์และทางช่างศิลป์ ที่ต้องตอบสนองการใช้งานที่ต้องสอดคล้องกับกิจกรรมรวมถึงขั้นตอนในการเรียนการสอนและการฝึกปฏิบัติ การออกแบบ โครงการสถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนศิลป์ กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม ที่ตั้งใหม่ ไม่ได้มีแนวคิดแค่การวิเคราะห์การหาที่ตั้งใหม่และการจัดวางพื้นที่ใช้สอยเท่านั้นแต่ในขณะเดียวกันการจัดวางพื้นที่ของแต่ละกิจกรรมจะไม่รบกวนสภาวะความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งานในแต่ละกิจกรรมนั้นๆซึ่งแนวคิดทั้งหมดนี้ได้ถูกนำมาใช้เป็นแนวทางการออกแบบที่สามารถถูกนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับสถาบันทางการศึกษาที่มีลักษณะและความต้องการที่ใกล้เคียงกันได้ Location is an important factor in the expansion of an institute. Bunditpatanasilpa Institute is, accordingly, experiencing an expansion issue due to the changes of its location. Initially, Dramatic Arts, Music, and Fine Arts departments were set on the same wings. However, the institute’s expansion had caused Fine Arts Department to be separated from its initial location – leading to the remaining separations of the other two departments. The separations are in conflict with the purpose of founding the institute, which is simultaneously to teach the arts and cultures of Dramatic Arts, Music, and Fine Arts The current expansion is due to the newly opened bachelor's degree courses, which require four new working units: the President’s Office, the Faculty of Fine Arts, the Faculty of Music and Drama, and the Faculty of Arts Education. The four added units almost exceed the space of their current location – deterring the institute's expansion. The problem raises not only the solution of finding new sufficient location, but also the awareness of the needs for proper shared utility spaces. The spaces need to be arranged so that the utility space of the Dramatic Arts and Fine Arts studios works in accordance with the courses's activities, lessons, and practices. Thus, the redesign of Bunditpatanasilpa Institute, Ministry of Culture, seeks not only for new locations and utility space arrangements, but also for the arrangement of shared utility spaces - in order not to interfere with the privacy of each space user. Such design guidelines can be adopted and applied with other educational institutes with similar requirements.
