แรงบันดาลใจใต้ท้องทะเล : โครงการสร้างสรรค์งานประติมากรรมเพื่อการใช้งาน

Abstract

โครงการวิทยานิพนธ์สร้างสรรค์งานประติมากรรม หัวข้อ “แรงบันดาลใจใต้ท้องทะเล” เป็นการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานประติมากรรมในรูปแบบ 3 มิติ โดยใช้ลักษณะงานแบบ Functional Art เป็นแนวทางในการสร้างสรรค์ สะท้อนความรู้สึกและจินตนาการส่วนตัวที่มีต่อสาระทางความงามตามธรรมชาติใต้ท้องทะเล ความหลากหลายของสิ่งมีชีวิต ไม่ว่าจะเป็น สัตว์น้ำ ปะการัง ฯลฯ สิ่งมีชีวิตหลากหลายสายพันธุ์ มาอยู่รวมกันในพื้นที่อันกว้างใหญ่ของใต้ท้องทะเล สร้างรูปแบบของโครงสร้างและสีสันที่สวยงาม สะดุดตา จนก่อเกิดแรงบันดาลใจและจินตนาการในการสร้างสรรค์ ที่สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงคุณค่าทางความงาม รวมถึงความพึงพอใจนั้น แนวทางการสร้างสรรค์ได้ผ่านการวิเคราะห์ ศึกษาลักษณะรูปแบบของสิ่งมีชีวิตต่างๆ ภายใต้ขอบเขตของท้องทะเล หยิบยกสีสัน โครงสร้าง และรูปทรงของสิ่งมีชีวิตใต้ท้องทะเล เช่น รูปทรงของหอย รูปทรงของเม่นทะเล รูปทรงของแมงกะพรุน รูปทรงของดอกไม้ทะเล และโครงสร้างของปะการัง เป็นต้น รวมถึงรูปทรงที่ได้อิทธิพลจากงานหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้านของไทยที่ให้ความรู้สึกของความอิ่มเอิบ เช่น โอ่ง , ตุ่ม ,ไซ และข้อง เป็นต้น ผนวกกับจินตนาการส่วนตัวสะท้อนความรู้สึกสบาย ผ่อนคลาย ความเบิกบาน ความอุดมสมบูรณ์ จนเกิดเป็นสาระในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ผลงานประติมากรรมถูกสร้างขึ้นด้วยเทคนิค การถัก การเย็บ ด้วย ไหมพรม ถุงน่อง และผ้า ลงบนโครงสร้างเหล็กและขดลวด ฯลฯ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ออกแบบรูปทรงนามธรรมตามจินตนาการและแรงบันดาลใจจากใต้ท้องทะเล ที่เกิด โคมไฟแสง ที่มีประกายของสิ่งมีชีวิตใต้ท้องทะเล โดยคำนึงถึงคุณค่าทางสุนทรียศาสตร์ทางความงาม เป็นความสุข ความสบาย ความอบอุ่น ก่อเกิดประโยชน์และผลทางความงามความรู้สึกต่อจิตใจ The thesis project of Sculptural Creation titled “The Inspiration under the Sea” is the three dimensions sculptural creation in characteristics of functional art which is the creative scheme in reflecting the emotion and imaginary to the essence of pristine beauty under the sea. The miscellany of exotic marine organism ; aquatic animals, corals, etc. inhabited altogether in an immense terrain under the sea, its originated the forms of prominent structures and colors towards an inspiration and imaginary in creating the sculptural works to reflect an aesthetic value and satisfaction. The study for several specific characteristics and forms of exotic marine organisms under the spacious sea is the creative scheme to present the multitudes of colors, structures and figures of exotic marine organisms; shells, sea urchins, jellyfishes, sea anemones, corals, etc. Furthermore, this sculptural creation also has an influence from the forms of Thai folk handicrafts; earthen jars, large basins, bamboo fish traps and creels, etc. in which reflected to the complacency, involving an imaginary of artist in expressing of comfortableness, alleviation, joyfulness and abundance. These sculptures had been created through the techniques of knitting and sewing with crewels, tights and clothes on the steel structures and coil of wires, etc. The researcher designed the tangible forms according to one’s imaginary and inspiration under the sea, its subsequently originated the lighten lamps in the meaning of the sparkle from the exotic marine organisms. The researcher absolutely contemplated to the aesthetic value of beauteousness, happiness, comfortableness, cordiality in which can be implemented and finally approached into the artistic esthetic and sentiment.
