การออกแบบชุดภาชนะอาหารสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติธรรม สำหรับเสถียรธรรมสถาน

Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อการออกแบบชุดภาชนะอาหารสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติธรรมเพื่อให้เป็นภาชนะทางเลือกหนึ่งในเสถียรธรรมสถานและมีวัตุประสงค์เพื่อให้เกิดความสวยงามสอดคล้องกับการเจริญสติ ขณะรับประทานอาหาร การผลิตผลงานเป็นไปตามกระบวนการทางอุตสาหกรรมและมีแนวคิดในการนำรูปทรงของดอกบัวมาเป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการออกแบบผลงาน ผลการออกแบบและทดลองผลิต ชุดภาชนะอาหารสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติธรรม ประกอบด้วย แก้วน้ำ 1 ใบ จาน 1 ใบ ชาม 1 ใบ และถาดรอง 1 อัน ลักษณะการจัดเก็บของชุดภาชนะอาหาร สามารถวางซ้อนกันเป็นชั้นได้ ผลงานทั้งหมดขึ้นรูปด้วยการหล่อน้ำดิน เนื้อดินที่ใช้เป็นเนื้อดินพอร์ซเลนเผาดิบที่อุณหภูมิ 800 องศาเซลเซียส ตกแต่งด้วยเคลือบกึ่งมันกึ่งด้านในผิวด้านนอกของชิ้นงาน ส่วนด้านใน ตกแต่งด้วยเคลือบใส เผาที่อุณหภูมิ 1,250 องศาเซลเซียส บรรยากาศออกซิเดชั่น จากการผลิตชุดภาชนะอาหารสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติธรรม ผลงานทุกชิ้นงานสามารถใช้ได้จริงมีความสวยงามสอดคล้องกับการเจริญสติ ขณะรับประทานอาหาร

The thesis is design food container for a practice and aims to be an option for the Sathira Dhammasathan. The design expresses both aspects of beauty and mindfulness practice during consuming food. The feature of lotus flower is an inspiration of this design while the production is truly accomplished with the industrial production process and technology. The prototype and design study consists of a cup, a plate, a bowl, and a tray; the 4 pieces stacking/interlocking together as a set. The product has been started through water soil casting process using Portland clay, then, baked at temperature 800° C. Semi-glossy and flat coating technique is applied on outer surface and clear coating is applied on inner surface of the art piece. then, baked at the temperature of 1250° C with Oxidation ambient. The functions of this food container are really applicable and usable and render graceful as well as mindfulness while having meal.
