พิษภัยจากอาหารบริโภคนิยม

Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์หัวข้อเรื่อง พิษภัยจากอาหารบริโภคนิยม เป็นการถ่ายทอดที่สื่อให้เห็นถึงอันตรายที่แฝงมากับอาหารที่ผู้คนให้ความนิยมต่อการบริโภคในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งเป็นอาหารที่ผลิตขึ้นจากความเจริญก้าวหน้าทางวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยมีการคิดค้นสารสังเคราะห์เพื่อปรุงแต่งอาหารให้เกิดรูปลักษณ์หน้าตาที่สวยงาม และเป็นที่ดึงดูดใจต่อผู้บริโภค ภายในรูปลักษณ์ภายนอกที่สวยงามของอาหารนั้นกลับมีพิษภัยที่แฝงอยู่ภายในอันเกิดจากสารเคมีที่มนุษย์เป็นผู้สร้างขึ้นเพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านการบริโภคอาหารเพียงเพื่อตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของตนเองโดยที่ไม่ได้ตระหนักถึงความปลอดภัยและการบริโภคที่เกิดประโยชน์อย่างแท้จริง ขอบเขตของการศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วนได้แก่ 1) ขอบเขตด้านเนื้อหา เป็นการศึกษาพิษภัยจากอาหารที่ผู้คนนิยมบริโภคในปัจจุบัน 2) ขอบเขตด้านรูปแบบ เป็นการศึกษาผลงานจิตรกรรม 2 มิติ รูปแบบเหมือนจริง 3) ขอบเขตด้านเทคนิค ศึกษาเทคนิควิธีการเขียนภาพที่ใช้เทคนิคสีอะคริลิคบนผ้าใบในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ผลงานการศึกษาสร้างสรรค์ในครั้งนี้ ข้าพเจ้าได้น าข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์และสร้างสรรค์ผลงานให้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์และตอบสนองแนวความคิดส่วนตัว โดยแสดงออกมาเป็นผลงานจิตรกรรม 2 มิติ เทคนิคสีอะคริลิคบนผ้าใบ ในรูปแบบอภิสัจจนิยม(Super Realism) ซึ่งมีจ านวนทั้งหมด 5 ชิ้น ชิ้นที่ 1 ขนาด 130 × 200 ซม. ชิ้นที่ 2 ขนาด 140 × 180 ซม. ชิ้นที่ 3 ขนาด 120 × 185 ซม. ชิ้นที่ 4 ขนาด 140 × 180 ซม. ชิ้นที่ 5 ขนาด 130 × 170 ซม. เพื่อถ่ายทอดให้ผู้ชมได้เกิดความตระหนักต่อพิษภัยที่แฝงอยู่ภายในความสวยงามของรูปลักษณ์อาหาร Thesis topic “HAZARD FROM THE CONSUMPTION”, intend to convey the danger, adulterated with popular current food that is produced by scientific advancement, as it has been invented the synthetic compound to garnish the dishes for the beautiful look, and to attract the consumers. Under the good looking appearance of food, concealing with poison inside caused by chemicals that are created by humans, only to meet their own needs and to get more benefit, without being aware of the safety and the actual usefulness of consumption. The scope of the study is divided into three parts: 1) the scope of content is the studying of poison from popular current food, 2) the scope of format, the studying of 2-dimensional realistic painting, 3) the technical scope, the study of acrylic painting on canvas technique. This creative study works, I had analyzed the data and created works to meet the objectives and my personal ideas, by expressing into 2-dimensional acrylic painting works on canvas in the form of Super Realism, there are 5 pieces, with 130 × 200 cm., 180 × 140 cm., 185 × 120 cm, 140 × 180 cm. and 130 × 170 cm. sizes, to convey to the audience aim to stimulate people awareness toward the poison adulterated with beautiful appearance food.
