การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียน สรวงสุทธาวิทยา จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เมื่อจำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือผู้บริหารจำนวน 2 คน ครูจำนวน 22 คน และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานจำนวน 13 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 37 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามแนวคิดของชูชาติ พ่วงสมจิตร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิตและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องครบถ้วนและทันสมัยต่อทุกคนที่มีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ ด้านความผูกพันและความรู้สึกเป็นเจ้าของหน่วยงานร่วมกัน ด้านการร่วมกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์เป้าหมายและร่วมรับผิดชอบดำเนินการ ด้านการกระจายอำนาจและการให้อำนาจในการตัดสินใจ ด้านความเป็นอิสระที่จะรับผิดชอบและสามารถดูแลตนเองได้ และด้านความไว้วางใจกัน ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียน สรวงสุทธาวิทยา จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เมื่อจำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่มีเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน The purposes of this research were to determine 1) participative administration of Suangsutthawittaya School in Suphanburi Province, 2) compare opinions concerning to participative administration of Suangsutthawittaya School in Suphanburi Province by the demographical characteristics. This research is a descriptive research. The population in this research as: 2 administrators, 22 teachers and 13 basic education school board including a total 37. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire about participative administration based on Choochat Phungsomjit concept. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: 1. Participative administration of Suangsutthawittaya School in Suphanburi Province was at a high level in an overall and each aspect. They ranked from the highest to the lowest arithmetic mean as: the complete, correct, and up to date information giving for every one, the Commitment and sense of belonging in work unit, the collaboration in objective determination, goal, and responsibility in implementation, the Decentralization and empowering for decision making, the freedom to be responsible and self-care, and the trustworthy respectively. 2. The opinions concerning to participative administration of Suangsutthawittaya School in Suphanburi Province by the demographical characteristics, finding: The respondents who have gender, age, education level, position and work experience difference had opinions concerning to participative administration of Suangsutthawittaya School in Suphanburi Province different in an overall and each aspect.
