สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารกับการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม 2) การปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารกับการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ สถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงครามจำนวน 63 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 2 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาหรือรองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน รวมทั้งสิ้น 126 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามแนวคิดของสเปนเซอร์และสเปนเซอร์ (Spencer and Spencer)และการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครู จากข้อบังคับคุรุสภาว่าด้วยมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ พ.ศ.2556 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงครามโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงครามโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารกับการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) administrator’s competency in the schools under Samutsongkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) teacher’s performance in the schools under Samutsongkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 3) the relationship between administrator’s competency and teacher’s performance in the schools under Samutsongkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample of this study were 63 schools under Samutsongkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office. The two respondents from each school were a school director or a deputy director and a teacher, with the total of 126. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning administrator’s competency based on the theory of Spencer and Spencer and teacher’s performance according to Professional Standards for Teachers based on the Regulations of the Teachers Council of Thailand on Professional Standards B.E. 2556(2013). The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The findings were as follows : 1. Administrator’s competency in the schools under Samutsongkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office, collectively and individually, was found at a high level. 2. Teacher’s performance in the schools under Samutsongkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office, collectively and individually, was found at a high level. 3. The relationship between administrator’s competency and teacher’s performance in the schools under Samutsongkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office was found at .01 level of statistical significance.
