บรรยากาศองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 8

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) บรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 8 2) คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 8 และ 3) บรรยากาศองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 8 จำนวน 40 โรง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในแต่ละโรงเรียนประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการ 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการ 1 คน หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ 1 คน และครู จำนวน 3 คน รวม 6 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 240 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับบรรยากาศองค์การ ตามแนวความคิดของลิทวิน และสตริงเกอร์ (Litwin and Stringer) และคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครู ตามแนวคิดของ วอลตัน (Walton) สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บรรยากาศองค์การสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 8 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ ด้านความเป็นหนึ่งเดียวในต่อองค์การ ด้านโครงสร้างองค์การ ด้านการสนับสนุน ด้านรับผิดชอบ ด้านการให้รางวัล ด้านมาตรฐานงานการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านความอบอุ่น ด้านความเสี่ยงของงานและด้านการยอมรับความขัดแย้ง ตามลำดับ 2. คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 8 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ ด้านการพัฒนาความสามารถของบุคคล ด้านความเจริญก้าวหน้าและความมั่นคงในงาน ด้านบูรณาการด้านสังคม ด้านประชาธิปไตยในการทำงาน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยและส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ด้านจังหวะชีวิต ด้านการให้สิ่งตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมและยุติธรรม และด้านการเกี่ยวข้องกับสังคม ตามลำดับ 3. บรรยากาศองค์การโดยภาพรวมส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 8 โดยภาพรวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were to find 1) the organizational climate of the school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8, 2) quality of work life in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8, and 3) the organizational climate effecting teacher’s quality of work life in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8. The samples were 40 schools. The respondents form each school consisted of an administrator, an assistant administrator and head of learning group and 3 teachers in a total of 240 respondents. The research instrument for collecting the data was a questionnaire; for the organizational climate based on the concept of Litwin and Stringer, and teacher’s quality of work life based on Walton’s concepts. The statistics applied in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed as follows: 1. The organizational climate of the school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8 as a whole and each aspect were at a high level. Ranking from the highest arithmetic mean to the lowest arithmetic mean were : identity, structure, support, responsibility, rewards, standards, warmth, risk, and conflict respectively. 2. The teacher’s quality of work life in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8 as a whole and each aspect were at a high level. Ranking from the highest arithmetic mean to the lowest arithmetic mean were : development of human capacities, growth and security, social integration, constitutionalism, safe and healthy environment, the total life space, adequate and fair compensation and social relevance respectively. 3. The organizational climate effecting teacher’s quality of work life in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8 as a whole at .01 level of significant.
