องค์ประกอบการสร้างทีมงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) องค์ประกอบการสร้างทีมงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษา 2) ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบการสร้างทีมงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ โรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษา จำนวน 80 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 3 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนหรือรองผู้อำนวย หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ และครูผู้สอน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 240 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการสร้างทีมงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ไดแก แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต สวนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และการสังเคราะห เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบการสร้างทีมงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 8 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) คุณลักษณะผู้นำที่เหมาะสม 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล 3) กระบวนการทำงาน 4) การติดต่อสื่อสาร 5) บรรยากาศการทำงาน 6) การบริหารความขัดแย้ง 7) การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน 8) การมีส่วนร่วม 2. ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบการสร้างทีมงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษา พบว่า มีความถูกต้องครอบคลุม มีความเหมาะสม มีความเป็นไปได้ และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้

The purposes of this research were to identify 1) the factors of team building in general private school and 2) the confirmation factors of team building in general private school. The sample for this study were school in the general private school, totally of 80 schools. The respondents were school director or assistant director, head of department and teachers totally of 240 respondents. The instruments for collecting the data were structured and semi-structured interview and opinionnaire. The statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis and content analysis. The findings of this study were as follows. 1. The factors of team building in general private school composed of eight factors; 1) appropriate leadership 2) cluster relationship 3) procedure 4) communication 5) working Conditions 6) conflict management 7) performance appraisal 8) participation. 2. The confirmation factors of team building in general private school were accurate, comprehensive appropriate, possibility and can be utilized.
