THE DEVELOPMENT OF ANALYTICAL THINKING ABILITIES ABOUT THE PARABLES OF JESUS TAUGHT BY CASE BASED LEARNING FOR SEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to :1) study analytical thinking abilities of the seventh grade students after the implementation of case based learning, 2) study students opinions towards the case based learning. The research samples were 33 grade 7th students who were studying in the first semester of academic year 2017 at Thepwitthaya School, Amphoe Ban Pong, Ratchaburi.The research instruments were lesson plans, analytical thinking abilities tests, and questionnaires on opinions toward the case based learning. The data were analyzed by mean , standard deviation (S.D.), one sample t-test and content analysis.

The research findings of this study:

1) the analytical thinking abilities of the seventh grade students were higher after the implementation of the case based learning, a statistical significance at .05 level, 2) the seventh grade students opinions towards the case based learning model to development of analytical thinking abilities, more specifically, students strongly agreed that, after applying the case based learning, the academic benefits were the most important

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 หลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบกรณีศึกษา 2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบกรณีศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1/1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 โรงเรียนเทพวิทยา อำเภอบ้านโป่ง จังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 33 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) สถิติทดสอบ (One Sample t-test) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) ความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 หลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบกรณีศึกษาอยู่ในระดับดีมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งยอมรับสมมติฐานของการวิจัยที่ตั้งไว้ 2) ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบกรณีศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมากโดยด้านประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการจัดการเรียนรู้มีระดับค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
