THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGYIN PHRATHANDONGRANGVITTHAYAKHARN SCHOOL

Abstract

This objectives of this research were to find 1) the Information and communication technology in Phrathandongrangvitthayakharn School and 2) the development guidelines for the Information and communication technology Phrathandongrangvitthayakharn School. The populations were educational personal of Phrathandongrangvitthayakharn School, consisted of school administrator and teachers the total of 55. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire regarding Information and communication technology in school. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

The results revealed that. The Information and communication technology in Phrathandongrang vitthayakharn School, collectively and individually, was found at a high level: ranking from the highest mean to the lowest mean as follow: Information and communication technology curriculum, Information and communication technology in management and academic service, Information and communication technology –based learning, Information and communication technology basic structure, and Information and communication technology personnel development. The development guidelines for the Information and communication technology in Phrathandongrangvitthayakharn School consisted of 1) arranging the Information and communication technology training program for school personnel, 2) requiring all school personnel to learn computer operational system programs and acquire new skills and knowledge using Information and communication technology, 3) developing the evaluation standards and criteria as a development tool for personnel, and 4) arranging for each personnel to do the presentation and learn new materials and develop their learning from the evaluation feedbacks.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในโรงเรียนพระแท่นดงรังวิทยาคารตามสภาพจริง และ 2) แนวทางพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในโรงเรียนพระแท่นดงรังวิทยาคาร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการ และครูในโรงเรียนพระแท่นดงรังวิทยาคาร รวมทั้งสิ้น 55 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในโรงเรียนพระแท่นดงรังวิทยาคาร สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในโรงเรียนพระแท่นดงรังวิทยาคาร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานทาง เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในสถานศึกษา ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการบริหารจัดการและการให้บริการทางการศึกษา ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเป็นฐานในการเรียนรู้ ด้านหลักสูตรการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรในใช้การเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในโรงเรียนพระแท่นดงรังวิทยาคาร ด้านบุคลากร และการจัดเก็บข้อมูลจากภายในและภายนอกองค์กรมาไว้รวมกัน อย่างเป็นระบบโดยได้เสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนา ดังนี้ 1) กำหนดมาตรการในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลต่างๆ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบันและเป็นระบบ 2) จัดการศึกษาดูงาน ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะให้แก่บุคลากร เกี่ยวกับการใช้อุปกรณ์และโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปต่าง ๆ 3) จัดการฝึกอบรมการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอน โดยใช้นวัตกรรมทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร อย่างน้อยภาคเรียนละ 1 ครั้ง 4) จัดทำคู่มือเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานอุปกรณ์และสื่อทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เพื่อเผยแพร่ ต่อบุคลากรในโรงเรียน ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างสะดวกมากยิ่งขึ้น
