วัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข กาญจนาภิเษก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยของบุคคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข กาญจนาภิเษก อยู่ในระดับใด 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลกับวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข กาญจนาภิเษก 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข กาญจนาภิเษก การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยกลุ่มประชากร ประกอบด้วยบุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข กาญจนาภิเษก รวม 92 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) ผลของการวิจัยพบว่า 1)วัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยด้านที่มีระดับวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยสูงที่สุดคือ ด้านการมองโลกในแง่ดีมีความไว้วางใจต่อเพื่อนมนุษย์ 2) การเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลกับวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยพบว่า อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการศึกษา ประเภทตำแหน่ง มีผลทำให้ระดับวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยมีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยที่เพศ และระดับของเงินเดือน มีผลทำให้ระดับวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยไม่มีความแตกต่าง กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The purposes of the research were 1) to study the levels of the democratic political culture of the personnel from Kanchanabhishek Institute of Medical and Public Health Technology, 2) to compare individual characteristics with the democratic political culture of the personnel from Kanchanabhishek Institute of Medical and Public Health Technology, and 3)to study the factor in term of individual characteristics which affect the democratic political culture of the personnel from Kanchanabhishek Institute of Medical and Public Health Technology. A quantitative research with purposive sampling was applied here. Questionnaires were distributed to 92 respondents who were the personnel of Kanchanabhishek Institute of Medical and Public Health Technology. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (SD), t-test, and one-way ANOVA were used for data analysis. The results indicated that the democratic political culture of the personnel from Kanchanabhishek Institute of Medical and Public Health Technology was at the medium level. The highest-level aspects of the democratic political culture were optimism and counting on fellowmen. Regarding the comparison between individual characteristics and the democratic political culture, it was found that age, marital status, education levels, and job position significantly affected the difference of the democratic political culture’s levels at 0.05, whereas the effects of gender and salary showed non-significant results towards the mentioned difference.
