Abstract

Aging society issues have arisen in every region and are affecting the economics of the country. When Thailand becomes an aging society in the future, the government sector must have clear policies and plans in place to provide guidelines and procedures to deal with the issues that will arise in various fields. To properly handle the difficulties, all sectors of society must collaborate in order to discover effective and long-term solutions. Personal characteristics were the focus of this study.
